Amazing software for managing documents
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us track and manage the status of our contracts in one place. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously.

Simple and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and quick and I find it easy to use. I use it on a regular basis and it has really cut down on the time I had to take to prepare terms of engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I do not have any dislikes about Pandadoc. I find it simple to use and I use it on a regular basis. It has really cut down on the time I need to do admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get my terms of engagement done with clients in a very efficient and quick way so that I don't have to rely on postal services. It cuts down on time for me.
PandaDoc is very good but a bit challenging for setup for basic user

A very user friendly software

Very userfriendly and provide a minute to minute account of what is happening with you document sent to the signer

The data input boxes need to be sized to ensure there are no overlappings

I like that PandaDoc is user friendly and adaptable to each job. I think it is a great program and is very cost-effective.

It is a little challenging to resend a document.

It is much more convenient for our customers to e-sign instead of printing, signing and scanning it back to us.

Very Intuitive Program
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to link with other programs. The ability to pull in data is a big help. Also, when creating things from scratch, it's extremely easy to load custom documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I have to edit a document, it generally makes me refresh the page prior to being able to send. This is something minor, but can become a nuisance. Other than that, no major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track whenever someone open the envelope. This helps to know if they've even attempted to address things! I also like the reminder function for some of the people who aren't as on top of their inbox game.
