Benefits of using PandaDoc to reduce costs and streamline processes
What do you like best about the product?
I have been very pleased with my experience of using PandaDoc over this past year. Not only have I never experienced any glitches or failures, but the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. The ability to enter data electronically and drag and drop documents is a great convenience that I'm grateful for! The document tracking system makes it effortless to keep track of the document you've just created until it's sent, inspected, and sent back - perfect when you need something done quickly but efficiently. Also, not having to send someone the whole publication each time when all they need is a link is an incredibly useful feature! Finally, their customer service via chat and phone calls from account managers remains top notch - always timely responses combined with informative answers make them superior to other services such as Pandadoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot insert fields directly into the text when using PandaDoc. Instead, the field has to be placed somewhere on the page, whether it mirrors my original document or not, which takes more time than simply inserting it inline within a table cell or as part of normal paragraph text. This means that creating documents with PandaDoc feels less organised and professional, as there is additional rearranging involved to make sure everything looks consistent throughout each part of my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me stay organised and stress free. I can track document delivery to keep track of my work, see which pages are causing clients to pause so I know what information needs more clarification or focus from them, save layouts for easy contract creation at any time - even away from my desk or on a different device - and collect signatures without the need for paper or a scanner.

Easy to setup and use for e-signature on a template form
What do you like best about the product?
Once I create a basic or common template, leaving blanks on detailed section, I can have the client fill out when they receive by setting formatted field.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes worried about filtered as a spam because of the name. Most clients didn't have problems in review to sign but two people said no receipt of e-sign email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in lieu of paper based wet signature, it is so prompt to execute the signature(s) on a document (contract, etc.)

Simple to use and great design!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is simple to use and there are a lot of templates that help you get started.
Creating and duplicating old documents is easy and once the document is sent the experience of signing is simple for the signing partners!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike. PandaDoc covers my basic needs which is to create good looking documents and getting them signed! Most of the templates are available in Swedish which is my main language which is great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us quickly generate contracts that we can get signed using e-signature. With the tool we are more productive and can get things done much faster.

Easy, fast and Freeman for most of your need.

Nothing, I tried many e-sign softwares, and Pandadoc is the better.

I don't need to reach in person my tenant to sign my paper. All is dont with Pandadoc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Pandadoc is the ease of use. It is SO user-friendly, you can create an infinite amount of templates to make your document-sending life a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about PandaDoc. PandaDoc has been able to provide everything that I need! No matter what the situation is, PandaDoc has me covered!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a real estate investor and business consultant, I constantly need to send contracts to sellers to purchase their property and business associates to consult them!
Crucial to Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save pages and content blocks and be able to insert them into your proposal as needed. This saves me a TON of time and allows for maximum flexibility because we all know every client is different! (Each proposal should be somewhat customized to meet that client's unique needs)
What do you dislike about the product?
Accidentally overwriting a template was the biggest issue I had. Had to learn the hard way! It would be helpful to have a pop-up message warn you before you get too far in writing over your team's template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a ton of time by manually entering information and sending documents back and forth to my team. Now we are able to take from each others thought out proposals and save helpful bits into our content library for future use-cases.
Very Easy to Use with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is very easy to use. Also you can do many things like create your own forms or you can upload one and create spaces to write and boxes to put a checkmark. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downside at the moment. If there is I will come back and write it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need a document signed I use panda doc and its perfect when you work at home.

PandaDoc is easy to use! It is for the most part very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer service availability. Auto lineup function is not very good. It would be nice to be able to turn off this functionality.

Processing paperwork made easy! Automatic credit card payment.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, safe and secure, and gives clear line of sight into next steps and who is responsible. The new improvements to layout, font, and matching is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was a mechanism for more targeted reminders to the signatory so documents could be processed more effectively. Copying and pasting is a bit difficult to match up.

What do you like best about the product?
I mean, what more can you want, so easy to use in the main, it is almost like it is a bespoke system for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to find past documents, it is not that they are not there it is just that there are quite a few steps you have to take to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have no hard copies to look after and it is so quick to both send and receive signatures. This means that there are also no postal and printing costs.
