Speeds Up Document Signatures with Some Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it helps me electronically complete our agreements faster and allows our clients to retain a copy of it in their mailbox. I guess I appreciate the way it leads me and our clients directly to the signatures needed, so no one dwells on any particular part of the agreement. This speeds up the process of accepting clients into our program. The initial setup for PandaDoc was easy. I would probably rate it a nine out of ten for recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, while I'm using it, sometimes it just skips randomly to another whole part of the document, and it does that for myself and clients sometimes. Also, it doesn't allow me as the creator of the document to always make changes. Sometimes our clients call us and it's a live document. We're reviewing it together. And sometimes they want to make changes or I need to make changes to it. It doesn't always allow me to, you know, add something or take something away or change something easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to electronically complete agreements faster, allowing clients to retain a copy in their mailbox.

Easy Uploads, Smart Markups, and Simple Sharing with PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading any doc, PandaDoc's assitance trying to mark up the doc so that I have to enter less and the ease of the tools. I like that I can duplicate a document, edit a completed document when I've made a mistake and the ability to share it with a direct link for each sigher.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably less of a PandaDoc issue and more of an in-house issue, but as an orginization, I dislike that everyone can see everyone else's documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to move quickly throughout my day, and effortlessly correct mistakes I may have made.

User-Friendly Alternative to DocuSign

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc easy to use and user-friendly, which makes it a strong replacement for DocuSign. I especially appreciate the ability to send documents as a text link, which I find great. It also offers easy editing, which adds to its convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say sometimes PandaDoc emails go to clients' spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for signing agreements with clients. It replaces DocuSign and is more user-friendly and easy to use. I value its ability to send documents as a text link and find editing straightforward.

Effortless E-Signatures, Needs Template Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc easy to use, which is great because it simplifies the process of signing all my client contracts and managing both internal and external collaborations. I also really appreciate the help from the CSM team; they have been helpful several times in solving blockers and making things run smoothly. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, which made transitioning to PandaDoc seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the design of templates in PandaDoc to be limited. The formats, spacing, and colorings offer restricted customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for signing all my client contracts and tracking e-signatures.

User-Friendly and Organized, but Capacity Limitations Frustrate

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for managing communications and collaborations with families and service providers, and it's really great for keeping important documents centralized. I like that it's easy to edit and adapt, very user-friendly and accessible. I appreciate how I can monitor anything pending easily. Copying a link and including it in an email is especially useful. I really like the easy-to-use dashboard, which is very organized, making it simple to reference and navigate. It's valuable to store frequently used documents as templates, saving me a lot of time and making collaboration more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually towards the end of the year, we hit a limit on the capacity for the amount of documents we can send, which kind of starts to get full. We then run into issues, not necessarily with completing them, but just with extra cost attached to each, even though we are in the highest tier. So that is sometimes a little frustrating that the capacity of PandaDoc does not always meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us effectively collaborate with service providers, keeping a centralized location for vital documents like consent forms. It's user-friendly, easy to navigate, and allows us to organize and adapt frequently used documents as templates, enhancing collaboration and saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc connects with SalesForce to manage our client opportunities. The ease of use to send to clients and track the contract process has been super beneficial as part of being a CSM and managing renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing some fields/columns/rows can be glitchy at times, wish it were easier.

Effortless Quoting & Sales Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc for its ease of use and the helpful templates that make sending quotations much faster. The follow-up features and the automatic sign reminders are really convenient. Having a contacts address book and a list of our product offerings with automatic descriptions and pricing is a huge time saver. I appreciate how it helps me keep track of my sales cycle with customers and lets me see my yearly totals for proposals, which is very useful for managing sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the windows/menu headings/UI changes quite frequently, interrupting my muscle memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc sends automatic sign reminders, tracks sales opportunities, provides legally binding quotes, and shows yearly proposal totals. It simplifies my sales cycle, speeds up quote creation, and stores historical client information.

Flexible Form Editing That Makes Sharing with Insureds Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can really edit a form however you would like. I really enjoy how you can fill things out and send to an insured to only fill in the blanks

Sometimes their are bugs that take time to fix

Pandadoc solves the problem of insureds possibly not having a software to edit PDF's and send it back

Bulletproof WYSIWYG Editor, for-reals not a pain to work with

What do you like best about the product?
The wysiwyg editor is very consistent! This is actually sort of rare. Usually, drag and drop editors are a gigantic pain to use and pandadoc's is bulletproof.
What do you dislike about the product?
The variable system *seems* powerful but actually isn't very feature-rich. Having a parallel quote system which does not interact/update Salesforce opps/quotes can be very confusing for our Sales team. Why are things like table heading labels wrapped into a quote editor rather than a "table properties" dialog? Assigning a new contact to a role in an existing document (as opposed to choosing one on doc creation) is much harder than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having insight on whether clients are opening proposals is helpful, as is the high-level look at our pipeline for opportunities which have reached the proposal stage. Having a flexible templating system has made it much more easy to be organized and consistent with proposals.
