What do you like best about the product?
I did a chat but it wasn't quite working so I asked to speak with someone. Daniela came on and we a zoom call where I could share my screen. She allowed me to navigate under her expert watchful eyes. She guided me seamlessly as she knew the software very well. In less than 5 minutes we were done and I had been trying to figure it out by myself for an hour. Thank You Daniela!
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING, it's a great product that my company owns and I get to use it for creating proposals to my prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create a proposal that generates interest and helps to close deals.

Primary mode of operation of my work is online which is hugely powered by the seamless service agreement with crafted rules of engagement and other necessery deliverables crafted using pandadoc in minutes and shared with my program owner enables risk free onboarding of my pentesting projects.

Payment integrations can have some more clients like wise, payoneer, will be helpful

It is helpfuly for me to share my service contract to the program owner of the project seamlessly and onboard within few minutes hugely benefits me.
GreatTool for Handling Documents
What do you like best about the product?
This tool litreally enhances workflow management. Its e-signature and collaborative receipt features are great. I found it highly useful and efficient for managing client communication. Even the free tier is helping me really well.

I have no complaints; everything is satisfactory.

PandaDoc- A game changer for Small Orgs!
What do you like best about the product?
As a small org we struggle with contract management. Whether it be editing or signing, PandaDoc makes it convenient for us to manage our agreements with partners easily without the high costs and big servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs can be lesser to accommodate for non profit users like me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows small orgs like mine (10 people) to get e sign and AI tools for my proposals and RFP submissions at low cost
Panda has so many features and so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to customize a lot more than DocuSign

The payment processing features are pretty lame and not very thorough
