Great Tool for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility I have to create and edit a document then be able to share it across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when editing a document, the tab is difficult to select, but that's a minimal downside and more likely a user error thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves our need to deliver a world wide service to our customers.

The product is an easy drop and drap solution with lots of opportunities to save templates and frequently used images/documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the image library was more easily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
In the virtual world of education, we miss the face to face interactions, and yet still require documentation of meetings and such. PandoDoc has been a much-needed service to bridge the gaps created in virtual meetings for documentation purposes. Our employer recommended PandaDoc, and I have had no troubles so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't noted any downsides to use of PandaDoc.

Excellent Program
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and does all of the funtions I need for electronic documents. I like the fact that is saves documents for access at a later time preventing the need to download everthing as soon as it is signed. I also enjoy the template feature that makes certain documents easy to send. I use the program many times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about PandaDoc. It is a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has removed the need to print, scan, and send documents via email. It has also greatly reduced the need to get documents signed in person which saves time and money for my company.
Easy to use. All the free features are those necessary I need to achive my goals.
What do you like best about the product?
The Stripe and Paypal payments integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to get, in the free plan, to set the expiration date of the document to be signed. This feature is in the premium plan. So it's only my problem :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I upload my lease pdf on PandaDoc, I set out signatures and payment and then I send the link to my tenants. They easily sign and pay istantly.
Reliable, Easy to Use !!

PandaDoc is reliable, with zero usability issues. All the documents that I tried having signed by others were received. I do not have any back of mind thoughts whether it had been sent or received

I want the signature in every page to be a little bit bigger so that I really shows that the document was electronically signed. I know that there is a crypographic signature in the last page, but for most that is

Quick delivery and signature of documents. This helps with quick turn around of document preparation

We love the ease of doing business and how quick the clients are able to get back signed documents.

Nothing so far. We haven't experienced anything thus far.

Outstanding Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs ease of use and wide array of options makes the process of developing documents and implementing better designs for customer experience 1000X simpler and intuitive than all other document signing apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could ever say about PandaDoc that might not be the best is that oftentimes it struggles to make clear what my options are for my uploads, whether I can save it permanently as a template or if it'll end up being a one time upload and will have to recycle the process again for future customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use and the rapid ability it brings to my customer's experience that makes the whole process more pleasant.
I've never had an issue with PandaDoc. Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc everyday for work, I love that it tells me when clients open the document to sign, how many times they have opened and the exact time it's been signed. It is very easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried turning one of my documents into a template for future use, but it did not work, or I can't find where the template went. But other than that I love using Panda Doc!

Easy e-sign for fast paced business. I have clients asking me for services same day they need it performed, and PandaDoc allows me to quickly get documents to them for signatures.
