I'm not a fan of the new dashboard. I preferred the previous version.

Right now we are using the free version for 2 years. We are able to use what its important, but we know that if we want to send contracts or to integrate with our platform it is very easy

Sometimes we need to have more than one account open (administrative + individual). Changing through accounts is not that easy

we need to send contracts to our team, also we need to make sure some comunications have a signature that verify the communication has been received

I like that I can break up payments into installments however, I wish it were a little more customizable.

I didlike that I can not customize payment dates therough the payment portal.

Many older people don't know how to create a digital signature and pandadoc makes it easy for them to sign cobtracts through a link.
Excellent Document Management Product for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and workspace features are invaluable to our team. We have been able to create multiple workspaces for our teams, allowing us to give different access to different team members based on the workspace. The templates and ability to create documents quickly is perfect for the repetitive proposal writing that our team does.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no copy/paste of images on documents. Sharing documents between workspaces and allowing visibility of documents in the shared environment is not always user-friendly. There are workarounds, thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problem that it solved is with integrationa and speed. We have our CRM tied directly to PandaDoc templates and it makes the proposal and quote writing a process that takes seconds instead of an hour.
Panda Doc is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Panda Doc for all of our HR document need.
New hire packets, disciplinary forms, ect.. I enjoy the fact that it automatically send it and lets you know when it has been opened and completed.

It is helping reduce administrative tasks, and improve efficiency as well as managing documents in a timely manner.
Great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I have checked out a couple of different PDF managers, and have found PandaDoc to have the best interface. From uploading documents (which are scanned by the program and identifies potential fields for autofill and assigning signoffs, dates etc). The ability to send reminders as well as the library of completed documents (in one place) has made my work a lot easier. The annual subscription fee also brings it within reach of many small businesses
Customer support is excellent, and are accessible easily through the web interface. I have found that with the help of customer service, I have been able to set this up easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc is not as well known in Canada, and some clients have never even heard of it. However, it is a package that can easily take on the big players. My one issue which I assume the programmers can address is having it integrate with tax software such as Profile.

It has easily solved my need for esignature on authorization forms as well as streamlining my investigative files and letters
