Fabulous product!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of doing business and how quick the clients are able to get back signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We haven't experienced anything thus far.

Getting signed documents back efficiently.
Outstanding Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs ease of use and wide array of options makes the process of developing documents and implementing better designs for customer experience 1000X simpler and intuitive than all other document signing apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could ever say about PandaDoc that might not be the best is that oftentimes it struggles to make clear what my options are for my uploads, whether I can save it permanently as a template or if it'll end up being a one time upload and will have to recycle the process again for future customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use and the rapid ability it brings to my customer's experience that makes the whole process more pleasant.
I've never had an issue with PandaDoc. Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc everyday for work, I love that it tells me when clients open the document to sign, how many times they have opened and the exact time it's been signed. It is very easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried turning one of my documents into a template for future use, but it did not work, or I can't find where the template went. But other than that I love using Panda Doc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy e-sign for fast paced business. I have clients asking me for services same day they need it performed, and PandaDoc allows me to quickly get documents to them for signatures.

what i like least is that when a client makes a mistake when signing a document then we need to redo the document

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is one of the most straightforward signature management tools I've ever used. The editor is quite simple to use and offers flexibility to compose and customize very sophisticated documents. It also price scales in a friendly way for early-stage startups. Products like DocuSign, for instance, were prohibitive when we started our business. But now, we're scaling with PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc still lacks of some native integrations that can automate workflows even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Contracts at large scale and getting proof of signature.

Inputting information mannually is quite the pain when dealing with large lists

Sometimes the prospect see the digital signature as not trustful

The gap between the time it takes from a negotiation meeting to actually deliver the proposal. This allows companies to enlarge pipeline as they are faster than ever delivering proposals.

Easy, quick to use, and very convenient for business and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't understand is how I can add 2 different emails so that two different people can sign the same document because it won't let me do it.

So that all my clients can sign documents quickly and without problems.

TYou have to prefill most of the contact information before it prefills. A dropdown menu would be great
