What do you like best about the product?
It saves time and makes the signing process simple.Everything is in one place and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything major,but sometimes the editor feels a bit slow when working with larger documents. It is not a deal breaker,just something that could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating and signing documents a lot easier. The automation and tracking save me time and reduce errors.

I like the best thing for PandaDoc is use for Esign documents and invoices

but here the disappoint things is only 5 file allowed in 1 months

at the time of Audit file need to sign by our director that time its help me through PandaDoc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it's really easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It's pretty simple to set up templates and adjust existing ones. I also find it great at automating document generation directly out of our CRM, which is currently Pipedrive. This integration means I can automatically generate documents directly from Pipedrive and send them to clients quickly within a couple of minutes. The initial setup was really easy and took just about ten to fifteen minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes being able to easily update templates is not always that easy, but other than that, nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc great for automating document generation, allowing me to generate documents directly from Pipedrive and quickly send them to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc's user interface to be highly intuitive and easy to navigate, which significantly enhances my productivity as the sole general counsel for a small company. The platform greatly facilitates the execution of documents and ensures smooth coordination with counterparties, eliminating the issues traditionally associated with handling paper documents or PDFs for legal document execution. Additionally, I often utilize some of their templates that prove to be extremely helpful in expediting tasks and achieving compliance. The overall ease of setup for PandaDoc was also very satisfactory, allowing me to get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one problem trying to log in from my personal account to sign a document via Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
I admire PandaDoc for its simple and elegant user interface, which greatly contributes to its ease of use. This interface makes it straightforward to train new users on how to use the tools efficiently. Compared to many other SaaS tools where widespread user adoption is challenging, PandaDoc stands out by allowing users to adopt it quickly. This rapid adoption enables us to maximize the value we derive from the product without needing an extended implementation period.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that PandaDoc does not have very good document repository tools, making it difficult to keep documents organized. It can be hard to understand when document amendments might be in place or when documents expire or are no longer active.

I find PandaDoc streamlines document creation, ensuring uniformity and easy approval, and simplifies user onboarding with its intuitive interface, boosting adoption and value without lengthy implementation.

The drag-and-drop builder is effective for putting together new proposals, but editing or making manual adjustments to existing documents or PDFs can be frustrating for users. The restricted formatting choices and the way text sometimes reflows unpredictably make these tasks especially difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send documents to patients for their approval, track whether they have viewed them, and have all files automatically saved in Google Drive. This workflow saves me a significant amount of time, reduces paperwork, and ensures my documentation remains organized and professional.

I love the ease of use of PandaDoc, which is very important for my daily work. The speed in editing and its intuitive interface make tasks more manageable. Additionally, I greatly value the flexibility it offers in content creation. It is particularly noteworthy how well it integrates with other tools in my company, which facilitates a smooth data connection without the need to manually transfer documents between different platforms. The quick creation of proposals and the centralization of documents are features that I really appreciate and make my workflow more efficient.

Some automations could be improved, especially to avoid the need to create a new one each time for each template. This is an aspect I don't like. Additionally, the initial setup of PandaDoc was more complicated than expected, requiring extra effort and collaboration with the implementer to suit our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience of having all my contracts in one place with PandaDoc. This centralization streamlines administrative tasks and makes it much easier for other parties to review and sign documents since they don't need to deal with PDFs in emails. The platform's web-based nature means everything is accessible and quick, speeding up the signing process significantly. I also find the ability to send reminders very useful, particularly when someone hasn't signed in a while, as it requires just a quick selection. I value the capability to reuse documents for similar artists or service providers, making the process more efficient. I particularly like that I can send invoices through PandaDoc and track whether they have been paid. This feature, along with the option to add plugins, contributes to an organized workflow since everything is in one place. Although I haven't yet mastered integrating every feature, I know they're available and I find that encouraging. Overall, I appreciate how PandaDoc simplifies managing and personalizing contracts and financial documents, supporting my work effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging to figure out how everything works initially. There were times when changing something simple, like my name or email, the platform locked me out because of how interconnected things are. Also, changing the signee on a document was not straightforward. The overall setup for document signing could be more intuitive, even though the process is generally simple. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there was a feature to edit PDFs directly within PandaDoc. Lastly, integrating add-ons such as certain payment gateways has previously not been successful, which is quite disappointing.

I find PandaDoc centralizes my contracts, streamlines signing, allows easy tracking and personalization, and enables invoice sending and tracking.
