What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to navigate PandaDoc is, which simplifies the process of managing proposals significantly. The feature that notifies me when my clients receive my proposals is incredibly useful, ensuring I am always updated on the status of my documents. I also appreciate the ability to edit documents and easily search through old proposals, which enhances efficiency and allows for quick reference to past work. The initial setup was pretty seamless, contributing to a smooth transition from our previous software, Proposify, and making it a great tool for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like PandaDoc to include a read receipt feature so I can verify when my clients have viewed the proposals. Additionally, it would be beneficial to receive notifications if a client encounters a blocker that prevents the email from being sent. Enabling these features could enhance the communication and tracking aspects of using PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to send out proposals and get notified when clients receive them, making it easy to track proposal status and navigate past proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface! It is extremely intuitive to generate a document to sign, complete the form fields and get it sent out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of the free version! This is expected though, if ever my needs warrant a paid version I will upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to sign documents. Real estate transactions need to move quickly in order to be effective in the business of investing. This speed is CRITICAL for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it is extremely easy to use to create and transmit documents. It offers various features like signing, templates etc. It integrates easily with CRM and I use every time I need to sign or create contract. The implementation is straightforward and easy to begin with. The customer support is also great in providing the necessary steps and documentation when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more advances suites are locked behind the heavily priced tiers and sometimes it might be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of contract management and signing.

I dislike the send feature because compiling all the pages together can be problematic, especially since larger files sometimes won't send without upgrading memberships.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc excellent at reducing repetitive manual tasks, specifically eliminating the need to print, sign, and fax documents, which makes the process very easy. The setup of PandaDoc was extremely easy for my team, which added to our satisfaction with the service. Overall, I think PandaDoc is great, as it offers a more giving and less limited experience compared to our previous provider, making it a worthwhile switch. I have been using PandaDoc for six months, primarily for creating signable agreements. I love how it speeds up the process of sending signable, secure documents. The flexibility is a standout feature for me as everything remains editable, making it super easy to use. I appreciate the quick fields feature, which allows me to simply select elements like signatures or dates, resize them, and place them wherever I want with ease. I really like PandaDoc’s user interface and its aesthetics, making it visually appealing. Its ease of use when it comes to opening and managing contracts is notable, allowing me to navigate through documents seamlessly. I particularly enjoy the start and finish queues, which provide clarity about the document status and streamline my workflow. Additionally, I appreciate how PandaDoc centralizes all documents, preventing loss in locations like OneDrive. This feature, combined with its ability to integrate with other systems like Insightly and custom software upon contract signing, makes it highly functional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I generally find PandaDoc to function well, I do encounter some difficulties, particularly with the template creation process. The challenge arises not necessarily from an issue specific to PandaDoc, but rather due to the incorporation of certain graphics and colors in our contracts, which can make editing templates cumbersome. This difficulty is accentuated when I need to add new information in the middle of contracts, presenting a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while not a direct issue, I would like to make greater use of the report features within PandaDoc. The reports appear promising, yet I feel there's potential to leverage AI to explore the data more effectively and derive more value from these insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc replaces handwritten signatures with verified digital ones, integrates contracts with other systems, and centralizes documents to prevent them from getting lost, enhancing document management and streamlining contract signing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how easy it is to upload and send documents to clients for signatures. The platform clearly shows document statuses such as sent, viewed, and completed, allowing us to track progress and send reminders when needed. PandaDoc also offers unlimited document sending, which is a great advantage. Additionally, the ready-to-use and editable templates save us significant time and effort by eliminating the need to create documents from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that it would be very helpful if PandaDoc offered integration with our tax software, TaxCycle, so we could send documents for signature directly from the software without needing to download and upload files manually. Additionally, it would be great if PandaDoc allowed users to import contacts directly to save time entering client information. Although support can assist with this, reaching out each time takes extra effort — having a self-service option for importing contacts would make the process much smoother from a user’s perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has simplified our document signing process by eliminating the need to print, scan, or manually track signatures. It helps us send, monitor, and receive signed documents quickly, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency. However, we’ve noticed that sometimes the document status does not update accurately — for example, a signed document may still show as “viewed.” This creates confusion and requires us to manually check and confirm if a document has been signed before following up with clients.
