Exceptionally reliable and user-friendly application
What do you like best about the product?
For my Immigration and Tax business, PandaDoc is a super user-friendly app, extremely reliable and easy to use. The signature function simplifies my life. The initial setup was wonderful, and everything for me is perfect. I give it a 10 and have already recommended it many times. It is a highly recommended application.

I use PandaDoc for my Immigration and Tax business, it is super friendly and reliable. It helps me when I don't have the client nearby and simplifies my life with signatures.
Easy to Use

Panda doc is very easy to use and create templates. The proposals are easy to create and they look very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about the program.

We use another softw3are and the proposals are not as clean and user friendly.

We had unused workspaces on our account. We do not know who created them. A quick chat, and the account was updated.

Nothing as of now but there are very miniscule things which could be improved

Fast, Professional Support and User-Friendly Features at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is fast, helpful, and very professional. The price is very reasonable, and the features are truly user-friendly, even for someone who isn’t used to programming or creating templates.

I haven’t had any problems at all, and I don’t really have anything negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating contract templates and being able to modify them quickly and easily has been really helpful. I can create the documents and send them out for signatures all in the same place, which makes the whole process much smoother. I can’t wait to see what other features I’ll learn or discover.

It's free and it gets the job done pretty well

There's nothing that I dislike about it except for when you get into the paid features it can get a bit costly, and there are better alternatives on the market for what they are charging.

Signing contracts, that makes it really easy and simple to just drop a PDF in and input the fields and send it off

Very user-friendly and easy to use. Clean website.

Editing the documents could be easier. Adding two different people with one shared email.

I use it basically for e-signing documents. Creating forms. Since the interface is easy to use, it saves a lot of time.
