Easy contract management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Real time notifications. Prospects on the receiving end don't seem to get confused which is a huge plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of much. There could potentially be better reporting

Signing new clients. Visibility across teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super easy to use and lightweight option for small teams. Individuals on the receiving end seem to understand how PandaDoc works as well

Great tool for getting client signatures

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and the free version offered during the pandemic has been huge for our small business. Clients have been able to easily use the online signing tool with zero problems. Ease of use is a huge plus considering I'm dealing with clients from age 25 to 79 with varying technological skill levels. Clients like that they can sign with their finger on the phone. In addition, I love the way that it remembers my clients names and email addresses, so that when I send new docs each year, I only have to start typing their last name and the email address comes up. Finally, when inputting signature boxes, it has the "snap" feature to line up the signature/date boxes very easily so that it's in line with other date/signature boxes. Makes it look very professional and not off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that if I make an error, I have to go back and delete and re-upload the document. Would be nice to correct an already existing upload (though that may be because I'm using the free version).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our clients sign engagement letters and IRS/state tax forms online and PandaDoc is great solution to do that. Given we are a relatively new small business (opened during the pandemic), having a free version to get us off the ground is important, considering all the other players in the field (Adobe/DocuSign/etc...) are VERY expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy PandaDoc's ability to easily change and revise templates to make unique one-off documents. I also appreciate the in-depth page-by-page editing system for template creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. This app withholds key functions from its base subscription tiers in a way I've never seen before. There is almost no functionality on the bottom level tier, and it only gradually increases from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create unique proposals for a variety of project types, including all our invoices and data reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the free trial at the complete subscription before making a decision. The price for output is what will most likely determine the decisions of all but those with a limitless budget.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the company and ease of use for the client. We can have an email send the document for signing or copy a link. Can't get much easier than that. We also like how quick it is to upload and prepare the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, we really like how easy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it is really about how easy it is to use. We want a low learning curve for employees and quick and intuitive signing for the client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the goal of eSignature before using and make sure that all know the process. eSignature is only part of the process, ease of use is vital for the employee and the customer. Then know how to save the document for future reference.

Amazing tool that delivers on it promise

What do you like best about the product?
It´s simplicity to use, and how you can tell their product team work constantly to make the experience even better. If you actually know how to use it, and put processes around it, it can save you loads of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot export the content of your documents in different formats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are presenting proposals and having contracts signed. We can test and analyze different uses. For example the fact of placing the signature on the second or third page after the summary of the proposal and the price increased time of conversions by 60%, before we had it at the last page, after all of the terms and conditions and typical legal jargon. You can test those kinds of thing

Noting specific. Only when it came to integrations with SFDC I needed prof services

Good looking template documents to simplify the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified our document creation and signing process. We went from a 2 week multiple touch point sales cycle to being able to complete the process and receive first payment within 24 hours. PandaDoc did allow us to make good looking proposals compared to other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editor is complicated to use many times and doesn't function the way that I would expect 100% of the time.
Easy to type data in the comments textbox and the click another section of the document and the comment text wasn't saved/lost.
Editor 2.0 payment integration doesn't allow you to select the "pricing" table for the payment. Must be entered manually. Wastes time requires some manual steps that previously were automatic. :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Proposals, Contracts, First payment. We went from a 2 week multiple touch point sales cycle to being able to complete the process and receive first payment within 24 hours. The workflow and approval process helps us work better as a team internally and reduced a lot of back and forth communication and editing documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your current process in sales is slow and manual then I highly recommend changing to PandaDoc to improve your quality of life. :) PandaDoc has saved us hours of time each year and saved us from simple/typo mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very flexible. We have what feels like to us fairly complex needs around pricing tables, templates, etc and Pandadoc has allowed us to easily adapt to a variety of construct and pricing changes over the years. The Content Library feature was a total game changer for us, as I went from having to edit 8+ templates to changing just the content blocks, and then repopulating the templates quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc can be a but slow, and sometimes the formatting doesn't work quite the way we'd expect as it is otherwise so similar to MS Word. It would also be
nice if there was an easier way to pop in a table we've built in Excel or Sheets, as creating a Panda table and the C/P-ing line by line is painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we use Pandadoc for all Sales proposals and e-signable documents like NDAs, referral agmts etc. Pandadoc has helped us totally streamline our signature process across all product lines, contract lengths, and even (for the most part) redlining T&Cs, which used to be a bear before Pandadoc released the "download as .docx" feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When setting up Pandadoc, think about the future. It's very easy to get "template bloat" quickly, and making changes to your structure can turn into hours of work. Plan accordingly. If you have the Content Library feature, build everything you can into the library, THEN make templates from there.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating professional e-docs, quotes, contracts inc graphics and multimedia links, digital signatures, connects to CRM, analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero integration for sales contracts works fine for single transactions, but the scope for improvement in raising deposit invoices at time of contact sign off and balance invoices on a fixed date prior to X date in contact would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication of information to customers, partners, clients – professional, also analytics are used to manage our time more efficiently.
Have merged quotes and sales contracts into one doc – fewer processes in the customer journey
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont rush it, it takes time to understand how to use, suggest a minimum 90 day period to get use to it.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to upload PDFs and make them part of the document.
- Control of cover images & text on them.
- Tables (Pricing & normal ones).
What do you dislike about the product?
- Inability to upload new fonts. Especially Arabic ones. The solution currently doesn't support Arabic which limits the scope of our proposal with some clients in KSA & Kuwait.
- Inability to have betters views & control of proposals. The solution lacks the macro view of all proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sending proposals.
- Sending case studies.

To sum it up, it's our solution for business development operations when it comes to sending documents.
