LiveNotary is pretty easy to use; customer support is fantastic

With Covid we are able to perform remote notarization for employees and clients. I do not use it for the general public, only for our business needs
The Better Option for Electronic Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Their service, communication, and overall product are better than any others I researched. We have only been using PandaDocs for a short time, and our workflows are already exponentially better. We integrated our PandaDocs into our ERP system and the developer on the PandaDocs side was super helpful the whole way.
We had researched DocuSign and AdobeSign. The costs for those, along with the poor service experience of Adobe, prompted us to want an alternative and one that would continue to grow, expand on capabilities, and continue to provide an exceptional product. We have found that in PandaDocs. Cost, Service, Functionality... all A+++.
Not to mention, they are a newer successfully growing company we are excited to support, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far? There are NO dislikes.
It is functioning as it should, communication and service have been stellar, and improving our workflow for our clients is excellent. We send anywhere from 5-15 docs each day to clients for signature confirmation to move forward with their order(s), and quite a few in our client demographic would still go to the library to print out their invoice and then snail mail it back. This automation has cut that out of the equation.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has no page limits and I can easily delete and re-upload a document if I discover a mistake in the source file. I particularly like the fact that you have the option to send an email yourself and provide a link to the document. This prevents items from ending up in spam or being deleted because they weren't recognized. The fields are easily placable and the system remembers the size of the field. So for example, if you drag a signature field over and resize it, you don't need to resize it again. Finally, after the document is returned I can easily extract any pages whereas some other programs don't allow you to do that.

I actually can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides a platform to obtain legal electronic signatures and allows me to get signatures and initials specifically where I want in the document.

What do you like best about the product?
The blocks that we can save spare us a lot of editing, so repetitive offers are easy to generate. Also, e-signing is much better than other methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clumsy, sometimes slow to react. It is not easy to keep the documents in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are editing and issuing sales offers, purchase orders with PandaDoc, and sign contracts and other agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a good platform for generating proposals and other documents, and signing contracts.
Easy, free platform to get e-signed
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this is a free platform with fields I can assign to others. I also like that I'm then able to download it to send the final signed version to the appropriate party(ies).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that this platform was more intuitive. For example if I complete a field, it'd. be nice for it to know that the field is assigned to me rather than having me manually assign it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, Pandadoc has made it easier for me to collect e-signatures from applicants and clients efficiently. Based on how quickly they complete it, it seems to be easy for them to navigate as well.
Great for Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and quick to figure out. I can sign a document needed by a client in just a minute or two, making it as efficient as possible to keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much I don't like about it.

We're solving the issue of getting documents to people in an increasingly digital age. Especially with Covid, it's much rarer to be able to hand a client or vendor a hard copy. PandaDoc makes it easy to overcome this obstacle - and now we can send documents whenever, from wherever.

Simple interface. Easy to use and easy to learn

In general, the software can do a lot, but there are limitations, and the customer support does not seem interested in feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Microsoft word and exporting to PDF with our contracts. This changed everything for us.
Great Site - Worth it to Sign Up and Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to custom fit the forms to my needs. There's a free option. It has good notifications. It saves my client's data in a secure way. We struggled with Adobe Sign and this site has been a salvation for us. I have clients who sign on their phones or tablets; it's a major upgrade. It helps us to meet our deadlines and requirements. Really a big blessing. Thank you, PandaDoc. The name is easy to remember, and I get email alerts at each stage of the process. You can add multiple different custom templated items to the document. This comes in handy, as you never know what you need on there. It is easy to upload pdfs to the site, and the client just has to do a couple of clicks and they are set, ready to go. Great product, great site, and very easy on the eyes and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's confusing if I should use the email option or link. The screen is also very busy at times. Really, there is not a lot to dislike. It is hard to tell where the free option is on the sign-up page, but it is there. It takes time to learn at the beginning, but it is well worth it.

I am btaining remove signatures in a safe, certified way. This is very important for mental health workers, we do telehealth or people ae not always there to sign.

What do you like best about the product?
Options available including free text, drop downs, check box makes the software useful when completing multiple form types. The ease at which staff have been able to learn how to use the software while working apart has made it especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor point is that it can be easy to add fields unintentionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from paper documents to electronic has meant that we can prepare paperwork for signature quite easily. With staff working from home we've been able to keep functioning using the software and seen a reduction in print/copy costs, as well as quicker turnaround times for document signing.
