Making e-signing easy
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is highly customizable. You can create a wide variety of documents and insert a wide range of images or videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lay-out editing tool could definitely be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to print, sign and then scan all documents that needed a signature. With PandaDoc e-signing this is no longer necessary and it saves us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A perfect solution for e-signing.
Amazing Programme
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is so easy to setup agreements

The fact that if you copy a word document into a template that the entire spacing etc is out

Sending service level agreements are quick and easy. So much easier that all is in one place

The software is easy to navigate. I like how customizable it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside, although I'd like some of the font to be larger in some areas. If I increase my screen zoom, I lose some of the page.

We build custom documents and forms using PandaDoc.

Allows us to put proposals together and manage our contract/sales process efficiently.

Docs can sometimes not format themselves properly; however, if planned and engineered correctly, the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we needed to address was efficiently deploying proposals and orchestrating practice management. We have seen a three fold increase in our proposal issuance and reduced errors in our practice management.

PandaDoc Automates Sales Processes
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has greatly improved the order and contracting process with our enterprise customers. The application allows us to create and store templates without having to download them into additional storage drives. It also allows us to share the documents internally for collaboration and has a built-in workflow for review and approval reducing the amount of emails otherwise needed. We've also been able to manage version control as PandaDoc maintains a version history. Overall PandaDoc has simplified and automated many steps in our sales order process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using PandaDoc is that many of our customers are not familiar with the application so they tend to delete or skip over generated emails containing documents for their review and signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved an internal problem of where documents are stored and maintaining version control. PandaDoc allows us to create labels and folders to organize documents easily. Internal communication is much more efficient without having to email collaborators for changes, review, or approval. Actions are logged within the application with details about who made changes, viewed, approved, and when. By using PandaDoc, we've been able to consolidate functions that were using separate applications. We've eliminated using separate apps for file storage, communication, and signature in our sales order process.
Great option for free signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is the only e-sign platform I've found that offers a free option (not including platforms that offer a free trial). It's a very user-friendly platform that works great for those just getting started and trying to reduce business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any free plan, the downside is lack of features. For example, the inability to save reusable templates. Depending on the needs and complexity of the business, this isn't a huge deal to work around. I personally use Adobe Sign in my own business which I pay for, but am using PandaDoc on behalf of a client who is not currently willing to add a paid program to her list. PD works perfectly for what we need it for and is a great place to start until she's ready to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collect electronic signatures is a huge benefit, especially for service providers or businesses that require contracts or waivers in order to complete sales. We specifically use it to collect signatures on a waiver and have been able to do that without an additional cost.
Easy enough to use. Works enough to be useful. Priced mostly right.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy enough to use. Upload a doc. Mark up where things are to be filled in, signed, and what-have-you, and it works. Built-in workflow that's nice but still ends up doing a lot of email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably dislike that it works in PDF mode primarily, and word doc is allowed at a higher price point.

We use it mainly for signature workflow.
Easy, Quick, Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of templates, reminders system sends out and overall turn-around time we've observed in receiving documents

Needing to clear the form and not able to edit if changes need to be made

Turn-around time of completing documents, and receiving documents with automated reminders

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides varieties of business proposals, contracts, and quotes templates to choose from, saving time to create one from scratch. It is also directly possible to send and receive those documents and sign digitally in a seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike part of PandaDoc comes when users try editing its prebuilt templates. Finding all of its editing and document refinement features can be time-consuming and confusing for most users who don't have better experience in using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made our proposals, contracts, and quotes creation process very quick and intelligent. We can create any documents online and share them with our clients through email or link and get them signed in no time.
