PandaDoc is good. Does what it says on the tin.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send the links using different methods. Sending reminders. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could download documents without having to open them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need people to sign documents that cannot sign them in person. It allows people to access the documents anywhere, which helps us to be compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has all the documents that you need in front of you at just one click. It is really fast and east to use and I love that there is an option to email or text to the patient. It is easy for patients to access/use that does not make them confused. I also like that if you have an incorrect email or phone number after you have already loaded it, you can go in and change it and it will automatically send a new document to the email/phone number that you put in. The customer support is also so east to get in contact with and really fast at fixing issues that need attention. It was also really easy for me to learn and I now use it all day everyday when I am working! Patients love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only times that I would say that I dislike panda doc would be when it goes down but that is going to happen with everything no matter what and is no ones fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of using it just keeps getting better.
Straight forward and very user friendly platform compared to others (i.e. AdobeSign)
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the Dashboard Interface. It's simpler to navigate compared to others.

Haven't encountered any issues with PandaDoc so I have nothing to dislike.

It makes Eletronic Document signing easy and straightforward. It speeds up our contract management processes significantly.
Why did I wait so long to switch to PandaDoc?
What do you like best about the product?
I love the application PandaDoc because it is far less expensive, allows unlimited envelopes, and has superior AI technology that assists with assigning signatories. Its cost-effectiveness and advanced features make it an excellent choice for our document management and e-signature needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion it gets caught up in the spam filters of my clients but not very often!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lower cost, more effective tool in our contract management process.
Superb software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create, and build templates for different services has saved me a great deal of time. The look is very professional, and the interface is easy to follow. Where I have experienced issues has been rare, but customer service has been very attentive.

Difficult to say. There are a couple of quirky things that could be changed for the better, but so minor they don't really matter.

Time management much improved by Pandadoc.

The interface is easy to use. The best feature as per me is to send a link to sign. It gives lot of flexibility as it can be texted, whatApp or send it any which way possible.
At times I send multiple docs as one doc to sign. But I can print out the selected signed doc from the portal or download the entire doc, as per my requirement.
There is no restriction on number of signatures. So I can use frequently. It turns out very economic.
All my team members could implement is very easily. it is easy to use and integrate.
I've not had much requirement to contact customer support for last 3 years that I've been working on it. But whenever I had to, there was a very prompt response and help

It should try and meet more compliance and regulations like docusign.

We are in the mortgage busines. We have to get signatures on lot many docs from our borrowers and our team members too. I can use the Pandadoc for number of signatures, as it is very economic.
It is also easy to edit/ add the texts on the document uploaded for signatures. This is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can track when people open documents. Audit trails, etc.

Not much. Everything seems quite modern and up to standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to sign and get signatures for agreements. Also, looks much more professional coming from Panda Doc instead of a PDF.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a reliable and simple way to obtain signatures digitally. Users get detailed updates regarding the status of the documents sent: when the document is viewed, when it is signed and when it is completed. Even the least technical customer can simply approve a document. The service is easy and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the document is not as simple as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives our reps a platform to generate documents that require a signature that is easy to use from any computer and delivers updates on the documents status in real time. Customers who have access to email can approve the document which has significantly sped up the contract approval process for our reps.
