A document process that is fully customizable to work with your needs
What do you like best about the product?
We really like that we can change documents on the fly as we need.We occasionally have to update one or two things on a document before we send it and that is fairly simple to do. We also can send the documnet for multiple signatures and make the document route in a specific direction. We can also track the flow and assist with completion as needed. We love that we can send document links as a group of links in an email OR we can send a single document at a time through the PandaDoc platform. We use the later method when we need to assist a person that is a little more challenged with completion of electronic documents and forms. We can login and follow along to veryify where they may have issues or questions and then guide them to the correct completion of the required elements of each document sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Panda could create blocks with certain things required. i.e. a block that ONLY allows for a Social Security Number, email address, birthdate, etc. (not just a text field). Also adding blocks that can be more "radio button" style where you can only check one item in a list in that section. I would also like to see the ability to "login" as a person to complete documents and have the system save that info and add it to the documents as you pull them up to complete. It would also be nice to have it use smart logic to complete the fields named the same, i.e. once I type in my name once, it shoudl fill that in throughout the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a way to quickly send the required documents to the people that need them (i.e. we can send an email with links to multiple documents, all in one message). This aides in people completing the documents in a more timely fashion and allows for a certified signature which can be used for a ton of other applications.
The certified signature is a big deal as well. We have to have certainly documents signed and this allows for a quick and easy way to get them signed and back in our files without having to wait for a phisical signature.
We can also send the documents to people directly, out of Panda, and watch the progress as they complete the forms. This allows us to verify what fields are complete and what are missing, we can then assist with completion when needed and can verify they have completed all the required elements as needed.

I would certainly recommend PandaDoc to anyone wishing to manage Electronic Document Signatures' cost with the ease of set-up. The system is fairly easy to get going and the support team is there every step of the way to get you up and running.
Fantastic Software
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing! Great for internal users. Great experience for customers. Makes setting up autopay and collecting implementation fees simple. Implementation team at PandaDoc is great as well! ROI on cost is definitively there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review/redline functionality isn't great. Comments don't link to a segment in the document and it notifies the internal user per external comment or vice versa...could use some work. BUT...they're working on it!

Awesome software and great attitude
What do you like best about the product?
For the past three years, we've have used PandaDoc to provide quotes and contracts to our clients. Our marketing agency's confidence has grown level of ease of operate†and endless quote options. I'm also impressed by the PandaDoc product's continuous improvement in quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is that there have been times when I attempted to hold a quote but had to reschedule a client because they made the decision to reserve anyone else and it was no longer possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has aided us in streamlining everyones sales process, particularly during the initial stages of converting leads to opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you're sending out multiple offers at the start of the sales process, it's an useful platform to use. Another option may be more convenient if you're not using consumers to collect through your list.
Helpful intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive and you can prepare documents very clearly. In addition, the Hubspot integration is a great added value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support reacts very superficially in the chat and requested functions are not available often. Line breaks in tables are difficult to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now prepare offers, training documents and contracts in a respectable way. In addition, the Hubspot integration helps with data maintenance.
Awesome e-signature and bid preparation software
What do you like best about the product?
The analysis was amazing. I could see when someone saw a document, when they informed me about it, when they saw it, and when they signed it. Also, I can see how long someone looked at a particular document page. Oh, and what's a little surprising is that for all the features it offers, it's very reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have liked to see some more flexibility with text fields, but I hear they're actively working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved client and vendor satisfaction from the sales processes! In the beginning, this was a major problem for us.

The current editor can be improved to speed up the editing work.
Sorting the documents and adding them to folders seems to be only possible on a per document basis, not in bulk.

Excellent for generating contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag-and-drop function more. I can quickly find items in a content library or catalog and add them to what I'm working on, thus greatly accelerating the process. My suggestions are very extensive and it is very important to have a general description of the project by clicking on a button. I typically use a template and then record blocks of content to make changes and my own suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't think of anything that I find unappealing. I haven't tried rewriting the PandaDoc protocol, and I don't know if that's possible, but it's perfect for my needs.

We sought to email and receive signed invoices and service agreements with an easy-to-use resource. The PandaDoc was able to integrate easily with the system we used before and is the perfect solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the clean UI that PandaDoc uses and the interface is pretty easy to use.

There aren't as many integrations as I would like but this has more to do with the applications that are part of our workflow.

We are using Pandadoc for the electronic signature of tax documents.
PandaDoc is a easy tool to make a flashy quotation for a good first impression.

It is an easy way to custom your documents, you dont need a designer.

It can work faster. If you work on a large quotation it takes long to load.

I wouldnt call it problems, but it helps us to give our customers a quick insight of what they can expect from our product.
