A Great, Economical Alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
The PandaDoc interface makes sending electronic documents to my clients - retainers, agreements, waivers - simple and quick. The ability to create a document, drop fields into place, format things, and send it off with reminders set makes my job a lot easier. Pricewise, PandaDoc is extremely reasonable when compared to Docusign and others who charge significantly more. When choosing a service for electronic signatures, I compared a lot of services which seem to provide very similar functionality. Ultimately, I tried PandaDoc and have been happily using their services for about a year now without issue. Teaching others in my office to use it is very straight-forward as the interface is intuitive. All of the functions and tools are where I expect them to be and the workflow is simple to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern I have is the occasional (rare) client who is unfamiliar with PandaDoc and who calls me up to ask if it is legitimate. More often, clients have no issue, but ask after-the-fact what PandaDoc is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes getting documents signed electronically easy for my clients. That means that my clients don't need to print, sign, scan, and email documents back to me. While most clients are capable of doing so, not all are, and there's inevitable breakage in the process which delays moving things forward. The fact that U.S. Law now recognizes the validity of electronically signed documents (thanks to Covid) makes e-signatures a real option which speeds up everything from client retainers to settlement contracts.
Great alternative to Docusign!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love PandaDoc...been using it for quite a long time. My clients have only had goog things to say about it as well, I've recommended it many times over the years to other business owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've honestly never had any issues with PandaDoc...I've got nothing to say about it that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to send agreements to clients so they can esign them.

Easiness of editing and sharing contracts.
Really simple to add fields, duplicate doculents, use templates and share by link (a very important feature for me that others such as DocuSign don't have).

Nothing really, I've been using it for more than two years and I don't see a reason to ever change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Send contracts easily, receive notifications on client activity (when they open and/or sign contracts) and easiness to retrieve signed documents.
Panda Docs is AWESOME
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to collect money and have it go straight to quickbooks and our bank account right inside the proposal

We wish Panda docs had more price package offerings

Seamless proposals and retainer collection all in one document and connected directly to our Zoho CRM

It is very simple to use. Our company set it up for automation and it makes life so much easier

Digital Signatures for Contracts
Very easy and quick to use

PandaDoc helps to get legal documents signed very easily and quickly - there are no unnecessary fancy features

We were able to get in on a free plan, but that's no longer possible. The currently pricing is high for startups that don't have documents to sign regularly

Signing documents online while ensuring signed documents have legal standing, without needing to print/send/seal anything.
Must have for Office Use
What do you like best about the product?
Usability. Our whole team has never had an issue utalizing the product to it's full potential, and we've received enormous value from it as it contributes to our daily tasks in the office

Not much to dislike. I personally don't have a complaint as an Admin and our end users haven't had any complaints either. Great product

PandaDoc is solving the problem of slow, efficient contract signing between us and our customers. PandaDoc allows us to have signatures and contracts signed within 1 business day, allowing us to seal deals and maximize revenue for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a record label in San Diego and our clients are overseas so PandaDoc eliminates the hassle of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing documents. We had the system setup in minutes because who has a scanner or printer these days? PandaDoc's guided signing process works seamlessly on any tablet or phone which is great because we sign and work with artist in Africa where printers and scanners are not common. Artists simply click "Start," and the platform walks them through each clause requiring their attention. They can review the clause, initial if needed, and then add their signature electronically and it all connects and feeds into our HubSpot CRM. This intuitive approach eliminates confusion and ensures every crucial detail is addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, we are on the statup platform because we cannot yet afford you and do not use it as much as we initially thought we would. But as things change, you been good to us, we will stay with you.

Fast, legal e-signatures on a universal, easy to access platform from any device. No printing, signing, scanning or photography needed.

My clients struggle oftentimes using technology, and this software is extremely user-friendly.

The downsides is the fact that to remind people about signing documents, you need to pay for a higher subscription.
