Good and easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, fact that everything is clear, fast and nice

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable and personalized you can make the templates. The editing is almost all drag and drop!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how much you can edit, and there is also difficulty working collaboratively with your peers on a single document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the age old tale of sending a deck/presentation to leads. This is a way for me to professionally share info/collateral with my leads.

Give it a try! It is by far the best way to up your follow up and proposal game.
Great tool for proposals
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple enough to create multiple templates and customize your proposals. You can have various plans and contracts already drafted. That way the sales representative can just modify the pricing and other small changes without having to draft the entire contract every time.
I like that it more robust than other proposal tools, yet not so over-complicated. Also, it allows you to add testimonial videos, reviews, and other crucial information to the actual proposal to make it very clean and informative.
The fact that it connects to our CRM and keeps it all in one place it's such a time saver. It allows me to look at our Salesforce account and see the progress for each proposal.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get better notifications with different statuses. For example, other proposal tools have the ability for the sales rep to be notified via text anytime the prospect is currently looking at the proposal in real-time and for how long they have been looking at it.
This gives the sales representative more information to act and therefore knows a better way to follow up in the case that the prospect has not signed the proposal yet or has any additional questions that were not covered during the call.
They only have an email notification option that works great but not the best option for Account Executives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of all our contracts and past proposals, it helps us to keep it all organized and centralized. It allows our company to create and draft proposals and track it all down from our CRM. It has great integration with multiple CRM so we can do it all in one place.
We have the ability to add any information that we see value in addition to the actual proposal. We have added, reviews of our product, video testimonials, additional features, and current clients that are using our platform. It allows our Marketing team to dress up the contract in a way that follows the flow of the customer experience that we want to create.

This tool is great for use on multiple departments. We use it for new sales, renewals, and upgrades. It's very useful for our Account Executives and Account Managers. You can create admin privileges accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can add and subtract items rather easily. It helps you keep track of the proposals' path.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would use my email as the source of where it is coming from when being sent to clients. There might be a possibility of being thought of as spam.

PandaDoc structured the business for more fluidity
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is being used for customer acquisitions. It is used to prepare quotes, as well as proposals for our leads and can also be used as the last legal contract if you wish to continue with our products and Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to add and also remove photos from our range of products. In addition to the emails generated by the PandaDoc system getting stuck in customers' Spam folders, I didn't find any flaws in all the years of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when risking quotes without having to provide them in person. It offers the customer a much better experience in obtaining quotes online, understandable and obtained anywhere where there is an internet link.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is used for one of our lead proposals and also, at the same time, used as a legal agreement if you want to move forward. I also like the idea of Signatures, as it offers the customer the ability to complete the order on paper.

Polished Proposals - Sometimes difficult to configure
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is useful for sales reps if you first create templates that will be used over and over. I like that we are able to use existing PDF files that have been created by our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires knowledge of CSS in order to configure the styling of the templates beyond entering info in specific fields. Sometimes it can be difficult to adjust. There are some pricing table limitations that can be frustrating. It's also easy for your instance to become disorganized as reps are constantly creating and cloning documents, organization isn't a strong feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc, we generated our quotes through a homegrown system, and they weren't very polished or easy to look at/understand. With PandaDoc, we are able to include additional information in proposals all within the same document. This helps when you have multiple decision makers that haven't been able to see a demo or have an understanding of your offering.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend involving your design team when first setting up PandaDoc and do as much front loading of assets as possible. Once your sales team is using the program, it's not likely that they will push for or do a lot of configuration.
