The thing about PandaDoc that I likle the most is the easy way to use it and the fact that its easy to use for my costumers

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to re-create agreements and documents for immediate use. Hit send and my clients are able to conveniently review and sign documents instantly from their portable devices. All my documents are in one place and the dashboard gives me instant view of where things are in their flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of a dislike regarding this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generation, Distribution, Collection and organized storage of rate plan agreements, reservation confirmations, employee documents and etc.
PandaDoc - great UI/UX, effective onboarding, proactive product evolution!
What do you like best about the product?
Now that I'm up and running, I don't think about it as often but when I started using PandaDoc I REALLY appreciated their onboarding service, in our case, 1-on-1, live sessions. Also, from the start, their knowledge base and training resources are very helpful.
While those resources are critical for getting and keeping the machine running, I appreciate that the UI/UX is really well-designed and intuitive so that it's easy to use and looks good.
Finally, and especially with the current acceleration of AI evolution, PandaDoc is doing a good job of continuing to evolve the platform so it will continue to be a great resource in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some word-processor style challenges need to be addressed, like trying to span a numbered list across pages. Also, there was a time recently (early Dec 2023) when I saw some functional glitches, but those resolved in a day or two. Other than that, I don't have anything that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc to generate proposals and track progress. This is a significant benefit for the time savings and for having a professional service that presents our brand well.
Panda Doc Creates Christmas Magic
What do you like best about the product?
As a small-time Santa, PandaDoc is the single most invaluable I use to bring Christmas Magic to so many children. PandaDoc has brought Santa into the new technology age and saved me so much stress and headaches getting contracts out, signed, and returned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love everything about it! I've attempted other services. I will never go back! I love PandaDoc and promote it often to others!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn-around time. A simple service change and take almost a week to get corrected using old methods. Now, if the client wants to tweak something on the proposal before signing, I can do so in a matter of seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily collaborate in a single document across multiple teams. As a result of this feature alone we've been able to significantly decrease the amount of time it takes to prepare our quarterly packages. Pandadoc is easy to use and super intuitive. It took no time for the team to pick it up and start woking in it.

While its nice for consistenlty in formatting sometimes working within the blocks can be a little bit limiting.

The ability to have a number of people working in the same document without corrupting the file or crashing it.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very helpful in reviewing the order forms and signatures. It provides accessibility to everybody. Clients, sales, and others.

Nothing as such. I find Pandadoc very helpful.

Great experience using PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
It works exactly as it should. It can auto assign text boxes, which saves time per document. I also like how seamlessly it can integrate with Stripe. I use it almost every day to send agreements for my Content Agency. It was extremely simple to set up. I upload the .pdf document, enter their email and name, then auto assign the text boxes. You can also share it via email or a URL link. I like to send the email and then text my clients the URL link. Thanks PandaDoc for making it so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to drag my mouse and highlight 4 text boxes, and assign them all at once. This is not a need though, just a want.

Great e-signature product and experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to learn and use interface. You get basic engagement and tracking information, and five documents sent, with the free account. That's plenty to give you a sense if the platform will work for you. They have a lot of great integrations, too. It's easy to implement into your document execution flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't dictate different signature types by document or signer, only at a platform level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures that are compliant and legally binding; automatic date stamping of signed documents; providing signed documents to signers and requester.
