Excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user friendly and simple to use. More importantly it has great ability to synup with other required platforms that reduces time to move back and forth in completing your updates/tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't think i came across any such instance to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple interface and can collaborate with industry standard CRM tools to make our life easier.

Its a great partner to digitally attest your business agreements and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and seamless platform for all my e-signature needs. The fact that training new staff takes minutes and not hours is a huge plus. Also the integration with out CRM (Hubspot) has bee invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting available for certain accounts is very limited unless you want t6o upgrade to premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to cut down on mailing time for many clients who opt for e-signature of contracts and other documents.
Great for approvals with no login for clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Panda Docs for approvals with Clients. It a great option to use if you want people to review and approval with out having to create a login or account with a software system. They can simply review the doc, comment and approve without entering any personal information or making a password. I also use there integration with Pipedrive and Zapier which is great way to manage my work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up of my first template took a little getting used to. It wasn't as intuitive as it could be but didn't take long to figure it out.
Sometimes my emailed Panda docs go to clients spam or junk mail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals with field inputs are great. It pulls info from Pipedrive (CRM) like Specs, shipping address, etc so I know my clients see all the info they need to approve their docs.

Watch the training course and other setup material before starting.
PandaDoc is killing the competition with it's features and price point
What do you like best about the product?
When I moved to PandaDoc from another digital signing tool, I was hesitant about how well it'll cover my requirements, given the low price point. But in my 4 months of use, I have not been disappointed once.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's no limitations except that I could not void or cancel documents on the low-tier plan. I could only delete them. Another thing that I noticed was the billing details attached to each document. Often times when I am not sending invoices or bills, the billing tab set to $0.00 does not make sense.

If you're in the market looking for a tool to help you with managing contracts with the in-built functionality of e-signature, do not look elsewhere. PandaDoc is the all-in-one tool that'll help you maximize your efficiency in terms of management of your letters/invoices/bills and keep a log of everything for anytime you might need it. Also, the certificate of digital signature makes it legally binding and saves you the hassle of manual signature and bonds. And it's all super secure. The website is SSL encrypted and the data storage is SOC2 attested. Also, it helps you with customized branding and allows payment gateways to be linked in. Go ahead with it and you'll see the advantages from day one.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is free, user friendly, and fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version could support templates. We send the same form to multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the issue of obtaining consent in this new virtual world. Consent is required from the clients for most of the services we provide and this service makes it fairly simple and easy.
PandaDoc works really well for me!
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool once you have set up your templates, easy to do so and customizable if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speed is quite slow, you will need to be patient when you make changes in a bigger document.

We use PandaDoc to sign all kind of agreements with our customers, especially service orders.
Great Tool, Changed Proposals Forever
What do you like best about the product?
Templates make it easy to present a beautiful proposal to clients with the ability to do e-signatures. We've recently started using content blocks and those are great too. It helps us stand out in the crowd for sure. The support is pretty good, and the tool is constantly being developed with new features which is nice. I can spend the time once creating a great proposal and then deliver faster to clients when its needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I wish I could have more visual control. Columns and editing are challenging, so you are stuck in a bit of a box. For most people, this is a non-issue though. Also, I was forced to upgrade to a version with no choice, which was annoying but the features are good in the higher version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional proposals in a fast turn around with e-signatures. Document management for signed contracts and the ability to not have to fax documents any more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should try it out. You'll find the curve hard at first, but invest in a good template and then you will be happy and save 10x the time over the next month.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send a document out to be signed and track it's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to click individual ones to change the status to closed.

We needed documents returned with signatures but couldn't have people come into the buildings.
