Excellent Sales & Support Experience with Artyom Voronetskiy
What do you like best about the product?
Artyom Did a fantastic job answering all questions at any time of day. He was quick, courteous, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no real issues. There was a bit of a learning curve, yet that's to be expected in any new tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need for wet signatures and faxed contracts

Pandadoc is easy to navigate and very clean and organized. Good search functionality and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes panda doc login was a bit funny but I worked around it by always logging in through google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use pandadoc for sharing service level agreements - it's quick and easy to collect signatures

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because I can create templates and organize a document management during the sales process. In addition to allowing me to manage content and product catalogs with great proposals of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more designs to be presented since it is usually a bit limited and more user friendly. It would also be helpful to establish the edition of collaboration documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using a great tool such as PandaDoc to generate proposals and declarations of work to our clients, giving us an important analysis of new client proposals according to the service.

PandaDoc really works very well offering you the best solution in organizations of any kind and especially easy to implement with other software and creating the best work proposals. It is perfect for the development of multiple generations of catalogs and documents.
PandaDoc the professional way to interact with clients
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a great capacity, so the number of documents you can work with is quite high. This platform centralizes control records very well for easy access. Additionally, it allows us to monitor the progress of our work through an activity feature that can be simply marked as done, to offer better control. We greatly appreciated the predefined templates for creating different types of documents, as they easily adapt to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile access presents several inconveniences, such as closing when trying to create a content repository or when working with heavy documents. There are also issues with some integrations, which do not allow you to properly synchronize information (for example, many of Google's services). Your Dashboard is disorganized and, not being divided into different functions, sometimes slows down work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to engage and interact with sales documents without the need to perform embedded coding, database creation, or anything else highly technical. I can put together a wide range of professional-looking sales documents based on templates, so I don't always have to start from scratch. When the viewer looks at the document, I can obtain interaction data on when they viewed certain documents and for how long. This helps me assess their interest in my presentation and allows me to follow up with them at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
During the research, we discovered that it offered all the capabilities we needed without the crazy cost that other competitors charged. We were not disappointed and have two accounts for both our companies.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc can handle major content repositories and item catalogs, rendering the idea snapshot possible thanks to its capacity to compare and to insert elements of these resources. It offers great style ideas and better workflows, without the need to upload, fill, search, or email people, everything can be done in a single step. It is so easy to construct a model that now we always use it. Also, PandaDoc customer service is amazing, on the same day they reply and help. They are a very experienced team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't the process to locate PandaDoc documents and maybe this is because of the interface errors it constantly has, but we got a ton of messy files in PandaDoc, which makes searching documents challenging. Also, as default proposals were stored in the root folder, a significant clean-up of deals into directories after the case is often required. I would like to have more invoicing systems too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is used as a booking device verification. Every day, PandaDoc spares us resources as we write, exchange, and keep contracts. PandaDoc's main task is to reduce the time it takes to plan and track proposals. Our Financial team and Sales team are constantly using PandaDoc to enable our customers to build PandaDoc ecosystems and align their software with their CRM.

PandaDoc makes it easy to offer and handover documents with multiple dealers so that the whole staff can work together to draft, approve and execute sales documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform that allows us to create proposals, budgets and contracts through customizable templates through designs, themes and specific options such as images and videos. It allows us to simplify each payment process, in the same way its customizable templates to create any type of document because it presents a variety of options to choose from. It helps me to track for the optimization of each task and maintain a systematic order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually your file converter has technical failures, it usually stops and does not complete the conversion which is quite overwhelming because it unquestionably delays the management of the moment, it is likely that you need an update, but in general terms it is very complex and works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our ally with respect to our sales system and automates our content review, it works very quickly thanks to simplifying everyday processes, we have achieved objectives thanks to this platform and it has also allowed us to recover lost information thanks to its platform which allows you to save the last actions performed.

Totally recommended for any type of company that operates in the area of managing and automating workflows, as well as the importation of documents, it is perfect for those companies that want to automate everyday tasks. Without a doubt it will become your right hand.

Pandadoc allows you to create different documents that can be electronically signed by your clients or employees with no need to use any additional software. In addition, the signatures are certificated

Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load even if you're using a strong internet connection. I suppose it is due to the amount of data you have in there

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy tool to create and sign documents online with your customers. 2 first week are free and this time enough to understand how it works (about adding templates, documents, textfields, signing and etc). Also PandaDoc has very fast support team, i asked a lot of questions in chat when i was on free rate and got fast detailed answers.
It takes about 3 min to create online documents and send it to customer and i haven't to ask customer about his own informations on call: he will put in in special created textfield when will be signing document. About 90% our customers understand how sign documents despite the fact they see Panda doc first time in their life. It's very comfortable for us cause we don't have to spend time explaining how sign.

When i add textfield that i want to be filled by customer
It looks a bit crookedly regarding other text
also i don't understand how could i add input mask to textfield
Another thing it's price: for our goals it costs 59$ (44$ with discount) per month i find it a bit big.It would be better to add cheaper rate for startups.

Before i've found PandaDoc we ask customers to print NDA and sign then scan and send to us
It takes a lot of time and some customers didn't make it and we lost about 60% on this stage
Now we send NDA via PandaDoc with 3 min after call with customer and most of them sign immediately, we lose only about 5% customers now.

Perfect for all sorts of applications and agreements
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to send applications along with the invoice involved with that application all in one document. I also love how were able to integrate this into our customer relationship management program and how it’s very easy to edit and collaborate with other signers in terms of going through the process of each document

I don’t really dislike anything about panda docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that all of our leads and the different types of leads that were dealing with get A-to-Z in terms of the application process and one stop as opposed to through multiple avenues which made the process very convoluted and heavy
Seamless (Panda) Doc Sending!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc pretty easily integrates directly in our Salesforce flow from Opportunity to Contract creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit tricky on mobile for collaborative purposes.

Team's ability to collaborate, and quickly create docs based on our Salesforce inputs at Opp stage.
