Polished Proposals - Sometimes difficult to configure
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is useful for sales reps if you first create templates that will be used over and over. I like that we are able to use existing PDF files that have been created by our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires knowledge of CSS in order to configure the styling of the templates beyond entering info in specific fields. Sometimes it can be difficult to adjust. There are some pricing table limitations that can be frustrating. It's also easy for your instance to become disorganized as reps are constantly creating and cloning documents, organization isn't a strong feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc, we generated our quotes through a homegrown system, and they weren't very polished or easy to look at/understand. With PandaDoc, we are able to include additional information in proposals all within the same document. This helps when you have multiple decision makers that haven't been able to see a demo or have an understanding of your offering.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend involving your design team when first setting up PandaDoc and do as much front loading of assets as possible. Once your sales team is using the program, it's not likely that they will push for or do a lot of configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
The Library of PandaDoc is full of all the needed templates you need for your business. With the additional feature of the digital signature makes every deal so quick by creating modifying signing and sending the document in just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I think should be changed is its online feature. The application should be accessible offline too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is very much helpful to me while making a deal with my client. I can create, sign, and send the document much faster.

If you are in start of your business and you don't know every aspect of a contract or a deal, PandaDoc is very much useful. I have used it for 2 years and I am fully satisfied with it

The ease of use and comprehensiveness of the system is what we liked best in PandaDoc. The integrations, simplicity and straightforward UI is great. The support also has been helpful most of the times I contacted them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few times, their support/customer service team has responded quite late to my queries. Additionally, the document formatting in PandaDoc is not something I'm a fan of. Can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows premade templates so I can just fil lin the key information, which is then populated through the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing of spreadsheet or pricing tables in PandaDoc is a bit of a pain and doesn't seem like it is as easy or intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save 75% of time when making a proposal as we can choose from the pre-made templates, and then just edit the few specific pieces of information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can have multiple users per each log-in, allowing large cost savings by purchasing one or two seats and sharing log-in information.
Pandadoc: reliable document review
What do you like best about the product?
Within Pandadoc we can manage different types of textual documents, not only reports: we can also create and distribute invoices, contracts, budgets, catalogs, among others, which is very useful in the execution of guided sales processes, discounts, and even of demands. Basically Pandadoc can be used to administer on a large scale any process involving one or more documents of some kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the application of currencies, Pandadoc shows problems, since it does not have a system that automatically calculates the value of any currency within the documents, and that said value can be exchanged after having a predetermined template. The software also does not allow to be specific enough with the optical reading of characters in those documents that are not text, but of images scanned from some external source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the performance of our reporting processes is no longer a problem, since Pandadoc streamlines and allows us to customize each of the document editing stages that we decide to have. The main advantage of Zendesk is that it can be oriented towards team collaboration, as it is software that facilitates the processes of sharing information, makes it possible for everyone involved to interconnect with each other and obtain a better file flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pandadoc is recommended to better manage the life cycle of working documents, and so that it is not necessary to create them from scratch, offering us different templates that we can edit at any time. It is also recommended to authenticate electronic signatures.
PandaDoc - Good service
What do you like best about the product?
Software development is the specialty of mine, therefore I've a great deal of documents that I've to read and sign for the clients of mine. For a number of individuals it is not hard to get a printer, however sometimes it takes so long to print out a document, scan it, sign it, and then transfer it to the group with a random folder stuck to their hard drive.At PandaDoc we've created guides for each of the legal papers of ours and with a number of button clicks you are able to send them straight to the signer that could send it to us carefully mounted in a folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing wouldn't adore about PandaDocs, it makes document deletion easier and much more apparent, though I would actually love to fool folks into you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a long time planning for my future business. It had taken some time to implement, but today it is saving us a great deal of time in the end.

PandaDoc is truly a great advertising proposal program which allows us to look a lot more professional and provide long term contracts.

It's a bit pricey for small individuals like me.

Handles all my invoices and contracts in the cloud. I can achieve consistent branding and user experience for my clients across all documents I send them.
Pandadoc will help you close more deals
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has helped me tremendously in my job as a Client Specialist and I now close at least 2x more clients and at a much faster pace than before. This is mostly due to the fact that pandadoc makes it so easy for clients to sign without having to print anything (also very environmentally friendly). It is also thanks to Pandadoc's reminders which urges clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc is not very customizable in terms of adding fonts, colors, and other design features. The way around that is by uploading a document and only adding blank spaces where you fill in the names and information of each client. I have heard that if you upgrade your account even further to a higher level editor, you will have access to these features, but honestly, I think it might even be easier to keep using the document upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has been much better for us than its competitors, and it is for sure better than using the good old paper and pen! It also allows you to store all the contracts in your online cloud which ensures you never lose track of any client's paperwork.
