Digital agreement authorization has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of the message, by providing approval solutions via PandaDoc to any .pdf document there is zero reluctance by our business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending an e-mail through Salesforce Panda.doc plug-in sometimes ends up in my client's junk mail. Just keep that in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a digital signature option that is verified and simple to use results in hassle-free contract approvals.

i like everything about PandaDoc -- very streamlined

PandaDoc reliable option
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different options and features are available instead of just providing a secure option for signature delivery. We switched over from Docusign and it was very limited in terms of what we could do with our service tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has nothing to do with what Pandadoc provides but is related to uptime and reliability. I find that there are a lot of buggy documents and the document builder crashes a lot. For instance, I have a template that I have been trying to replace a document in, however every time I try to, the builder crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were limited the in the amount of envelopes that we could send. We used to use docusign just to send out hiring packages, and our quanitity required would fluctuate a lot. Pandadoc was our solution and we are very satisfied.

Implementing this software for SOWs has been a game changer! And it integrates with Salesforce.

It is a little complicated to set up templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need to send PDF docs to our clients for signatures and asking them to print, sign and scan back.
It´s very easy to use and also flexible. PandaDoc makes it easy for our clients to sign.
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to administrate all of our documents that have to be signed by our clients. Flexibility by handling the documents especially to add fields like dates and text fields are very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that we do not like at PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem in the past was to share documents that have to be signed the normal way like sending them via email. The receiver must print them, sign them, scan them and email them back. This is an effort we save for now and in the future while working with PandaDoc. Thanks for your great support.

i love that i can have multiple team members on panda doc that have there own log in and can access there own documents while admins can access all documents

nohting i think its very good it takes a few days like anything to get used to a new software but once you have it down its very simple

it is solving having multiple team members with there own logins and allowing them to be able to send invoices to all their clients as well without it being too much of an inconvenice

It's very easy and simple to use and gives me the professionalism that I want to portray in my business.

I really don't dislike anything about PandaDoc. It may be a little pricey monthly. I think they could come up with an in -between price point for those who don't need it as frequently.

PandaDoc is helping me to securely exchange needed documents with my clients in a safe and secure way, and makes my business productive. The documents I need are signed in a timely manner and distributed to everyone who needs them in one session
