What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a wonderful tool for document creation, document signatures, quotes and other paperwork that requires sharing. Here are some ways I use PandaDoc and in which PandaDoc works for me in my job:
1. Sending Contracts - It takes me about 1 minute to generate a contract and send to an influencer or other partner. This is the fastest I have ever been able to generate and send a document. I can thank PandaDoc's template generator for this. Simply upload a document and add blank fields and save as a template. Problem solved.
2. Signatures - I can send contracts and gather signatures right away. Prior to discovering PandaDoc, it would take me hours to get a response with a signature and it would always be a terribly blurry phone picture of their signature. Now, I have a legally recognized contract that was created in minutes and it is super easy for the client/partner to understand how and where to sign because PandaDoc walks them through it.
3. Document / File Storage - It is great to have all our documents saved in one place and PandaDoc makes it easy for us to create a folder hierarchy that is easy to navigate. We have yet to lose a contract or important file and I would like to think PandaDoc had something to do with this.
4. Reminders - PandaDoc sends reminders to the person you have sent a document to for signature if they do not sign within a few days. PandaDoc will continue to send reminders until the document is signed or you have ended the period for signature. Great tool for getting the other party to sign on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc is pretty good all around so there is not much to dislike, but I can mention one thing that has bothered me: their pricing. I wish there was either a possibility to do custom pricing based on usage or that they created an add-on menu where one could pick and choose what features to add. Because one of the features we want to use is reserved for a higher tier, we are paying more than we would with a competitor.

PandaDoc has made partnerships and employee on-boarding so much simpler and efficient. Now, we send a document with information or a contract to be signed and it can be done right away. The recipient can even view the document on his/her phone and sign on-the-go. Perfect for the modern world.

PandaDoc is very easy to learn even if you have never used it before and our clients constantly compliment us on how easy it was for them to sign and come onboard.

I wish the transfer data to field were more robust, as it applies to token fields, but ideally would apply to the content in pricing tables, for example. Also there aren't a lot of formatting options.

It takes the pressure out of signing contracts for a lot of folks and minimizes paper waste on sending forms back and forth. I also appreciate the unique links feature so you can see which signatory is opening, viewing, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop editor enabled me to create a very impressive sales document. The best feature of this Panda Doc is the single-click upload. I don't have to search for the numbers and quotes, it is all mentioned under interactive tabs. It is a very helpful software.

It is very cost effective than other CPQ software in the market - $9 a month solves all my documents issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, there is nothing which I don't like about Panda Doc. Since I am into marketing, within few clicks I was able to prepare a beautiful quote for my client.
I like to use the desktop version than the mobile version. Since most of the documents are stored in my laptop, it is easier for me to upload the attachments from my system.

PandaDoc is not just a simple PDF maker, It is more than that! Now I can get notifications about when my document was viewed, opened and signed by my client.
Another feature which I like about PandaDoc is the creative editing tool. The simplistic designing tool can help you add media - photos and videos, case studies, research paper and other supporting documents.

Easy to use platform, intuitive and fast. We use the same platform to all documentation with our vendors contracts and agreements.I love how easy is to make the template.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that dynamic data, for example the price list of carefully selected items, is very well balanced. In the content library the "drag and drop" feature works well. You can also get a quote from your tablet or desktop easily produced and sent. n The tracking (sending reminders) feature looks and works extremely well. It's really important if you are using a template and can construct sentences right away. If you need it you'll be able to get immediate help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Adjusting the advice to your needs is a challenge but I think you should expect it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of thoughts we'd like to see confirmed. Combining applications with deals, electronic signatures and basic CRM capabilities is your solution ... That's just what we wanted.

Make absolutely sure you also clearly described your preference of usage. This product is designed for a limited number of consumers and low complexity for small businesses. What problems it solves?

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a Personalized template document or the option to upload a personal proposal to send to one or multiple party signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a handful of times documents I have sent get blocked because the recipient email settings are not set up to receive panda doc so they won’t even receive an email to sign A document without changing their normal settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for immediate call to action and ability to have documents prepared right away for independent contractors. It can be change easily from one job to the next.

I like that you can generate a document and send it out to your prospect in a fast and efficient manner. The learning curve is very slim since there are many options for the template.

I haven't had any issues using the solution so far.
