Ease of use, intuitive, consistent
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Hubspot using templates ensuring a smooth process to move from a verbal to signed agreement- closed won! I have used several other platforms but find that PD provides the best process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending via Pandadoc the email can get caught in the client's spam folder. I only send via my company email with the generated link that PandaDoc provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates that pull data from the Hubspot deal and populates both the proposal and contracts makes the process easy to use. As a sales executive the less time spent on preparing documents increases my time to engage leads and close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and easy to navigate. Can edit the document while the signer is reviewing it. Users can easily save updatable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
User documentation could be more informative. It cannot make checkboxes a required field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is used for onboarding new hires and processing documents for signatures to our remote workforce.
Great for online contracts
What do you like best about the product?
PD provides up to date data live! during our sales calls we can easily coach the prospect through the sign up forms. The price is very fair and seems to be the best on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
A useful feature would be a custom email to have sent to the member after they have signed and agreed to the doccument. But overall pandadoc is hard to fault and is cheaper and better than Docusign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda doc made it easy to have our clients sign up and agree to our service agreement due to the live updates it provides on the form. We could see the client completing the forms virtually and step them through the process over the phone.
PandaDoc is a great alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty user friendly once you learn how to manuever things. It's great not having to manually enter fields and the fact that it pulls from Salesforce. It's a good alternative to Docusign forsure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some downtime glitches and things that happen which is frustrating when you have a prospect ready to sign a contract and the system is down. This is our largest frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to manually type a word document proposal. Everything pulls from Salesforce and I'm able to adjust or edit the fields accordingly before sending it out for signature.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very sophisticated sales machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
used to lag often. Now it is much better, especially drag and drop of images.

Increased proift margin and allowed for pretty much of a personal website

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PandaDoc is that is super easy to edit any document, all the templates makes you feel very professional and it has the perfect message for every section.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest i definitely would love to have more options to change the letter designs, because sometimes is good to make different changes to remark some words that have a special meaning in the message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes i am very streseed and i do not have the insipartion to write a good and a very professional document, and PandaDoc has messages that says what i want to describe. It is just phenomenal.

That I am emailed once someone views and completes the documents.

When the product freezes and deletes everything I have done.

They are finally upgrading the service. My documents use to freeze none stop where now they are not.
Take proposals and contract management to a new level
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use while offering lots of features. Really important to me is also the handling of clients to guarantee an easy completion of proposals, quotes, and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really dislike about PandaDoc. Probably more integrations for payment and project management tools like ClickUp could help to improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us to create contracts and proposals quickly and intuitively. Furthermore, we depend on a digital signature solution that meets high acceptance from our clients who reside mainly abroad. The ease of use from both ends and the features to improve the probability of closing deals and contracts are highly important to me.
Great tool with a wide range of uses
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, it has a wide range of tools from Sales Proposals through to Order forms, the option to send a link rather than email direct from the system is very useful for us too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent come across anything as yet, I guess the restrictions on access would be a bug bear but thats only because we havent purchased enough admin licences !?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to track quotations to our customer base (both renewal and new business), keeping everything in one place. Its also linked to our salesforce crm, giving us a fully automated process from opportunity to closed won.
Getting better all the time
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Panda in early 2021. Our IT Team switched us obver to Proposify for six months, which more than doubled (or even tripled ) the amount of time it took to create and edit a proposal. We have been back with Panda for around 12 months now and are really happy with the many improvements made in this time. We also love the way Panda integrates with Hubspot, Zapier, Xero etc.

Not really a dislike, but we would like to give more users access to view, but we have reached our capacity
