Easy to use, great product, and good price
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, You can edit documents easily, and the price is better than similar products
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we did not have to pay extra for some additional options such as sending reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot with contract management, sending contracts and getting clients to sign them easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to send out contracts to clients immediately and helps allows me to live track how what pages they are stuck on. It also sends automatic reminders to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches when I download documents but this is always sorted by their support

Decreases the need for contactes to be printed, allows fast turn around time for business processing and saves clients times

What do you like best about the product?
We are incredibly impressed with the well-thought-out website and outstanding quality of life features offered by Pandadoc. What do you dislike about the product?
The site could be a bit faster when loading documents though this has never been a major concern for us. We receive occasional errors when submitting documents that require refreshing the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Pandadoc for contract management and esignatures, and we have found their support staff to be incredibly helpful in meeting our needs. One standout feature is their file system, which efficiently organizes completed and in-progress contracts. Additionally, the automatic reminder and expiry feature has significantly improved our quality of life compared to previous contract management software we used.
An incredibly useful signature service for small business owners

5. The free version provides everything that most other similar services have in paid versions and those features are enough for small businesses to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about PandaDoc. However, if I am really picky I would say:
1. The fields it selects to fill up automatically in a form are often not accurate
2. It does not automatically switch between selected signatories when adding the signature fields.
3. It will be useful if repetitive texts and phrases can be easily saved for reuse.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has saved me many hours of long travel and given me the speed in getting contracts signed. It has provided the flexibility that was crucial for my business to make sure that the contracts can be signed without worrying about the availabilities in people diaries because now I send the documents electronically and they get signed flexibly as per the convenience of all signatories. This flexibility has also increased my reach beyond geographical constrainsts that previously applied.

I like everything about Pandadoc, I havent come accross something that I dislike about it.

I don't know, but anything that can improve the system I'm okay with it

Super easy and the support team is very friendly and easy to work with. Their online video support is even better

Nothing yet. All is working well and is easy to use iwth great client support.

getting docs signed from clients is super important and pandadoc makes it easy.
Proposals and Contracts Have Never Been So Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I started using PandaDoc about 18 months ago. I was using Word, Email, Excel and Docusign - it was awful trying to keep it all straight and I had no real visibility to whether something had been opened, if it was being shared, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me at this point is that I need a bit more flexibility but honestly they continue to upgrade the platform and a great many of my "wish list" items have been fixed or are in process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically I can 1) collect client information for legal documents and invoicing, 2) get legally binding signatures, 3) create proposals, 4) send MNDAs, MSAs and SOWs for signature. I have an approval workflow so my team knows what is being suggested to potential clients. It's so freaking easy to use and I don't have to re-create the wheel every time or worry about what I might not have changed. Nothing worse than sending a proposal with someone else's info in it! Doh!

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our customers had complained of not having an easy way to sign and return our contracts. We were spending $$ on sending physical copies out in the mail and struggling with multiple file formats being returned by customers. Also many elderly customers just couldn't understand how to handle this task. Now all of our contracts come back signed, in pdf format, and all in one location that is easily searched. Our elderly/non-technical customers have no trouble with the simple click-to-sign process!
User Friendly and easy signatures
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Panda Doc to sign up new clients ever since Covid started. It has made our job much more easier and clients no longer have to visit us in office which saves them a trip.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues as of yet, the platform has exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to edit our documents on Panda Doc for each of our client's needs.
Superior Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the best customer support I've received in like the last decade. Not joking.. As a customer, it is so reassuring PandaDoc has a team readily available to hear a customer issue AND be able to quickly troubleshoot the issue for the immediate needs of the customer.

Nothing. PandaDoc hasn't disappointed me yet.

Contracts are critical to gaining clients' trust and building a successful partnership. Many clients have special requests with contracts, and PandaDoc's CS team is there to help accommodate their needs.
