PandaDoc has allowed us to customize, edit, and automate our contract process in a way that has saved us countless hours on the backend for processes that we were able to create and tailor to our specific needs.

Some of the inventory management is not as intuitive and easy to duplicate as it could be.

Simple Yet Effective for Document Signing
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be extremely easy to use, which has been a significant advantage for me. The setup process was seamless and free of any issues, making my experience straightforward right from the beginning. The overall usability of the software continues to be issue-free and straightforward, reinforcing my positive perception of its user-friendliness. Additionally, the ability to send reminders is a convenient feature that I appreciate about PandaDoc. It effectively fulfills its primary role for me by handling signatures, which is the main task I rely on it for. Given its consistent ease of use, I continue to like it and would consider purchasing it again just for this usability aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of assigning signature fields to specific users slightly cumbersome. It would be more efficient if, after initially selecting a person for a text or signature field, the subsequent fields could automatically default to the next assigned individual, streamlining the workflow for signing documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for signatures, and it's easy to use without any setup issues, simplifying document signing.
Highly Customizable, But Slow and Labor-Intensive
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization apart from the possibility of signing and using panddocs as legal documents.

It's many times too slow and it requires a lot of manual work for fitting stuff in the documents.

PandaDoc gives us the possibility of customizing our proposals for our customers and also using it's multiple features to make the customer see what they are looking for in a very personalized way.
Reliable Security and Customization, But Needs Better Customer Highlighting Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Security features make it reliable and trustworthy when you are getting documetns signed. Ity also has a great deal of custimizations that allow for enhancements to your documents that wouldn't have the same effect if just was left to the customer to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are still a lot of areas that could be improved on the customer facing side of things. It's made to be simple and it is, but in terms of highlighting and marking important areas for the customer signing there's very little on that front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping documents compliant is crucial. Time stanps and dates along with consistent templates which are required for our highly regulated industry.

I appreciate PandaDoc for being less expensive and simpler compared to alternatives like DocuSign, which made it a more appealing choice for our needs. The ease of creating new custom agreements and the simplicity with which they can be signed is a standout feature. Using PandaDoc has significantly simplified our process of sending contracts digitally, making it much easier to get contracts signed and manage documentation efficiently. Furthermore, PandaDoc offers a simple and straightforward ease of use combined with a favorable price point, making it highly valuable for our operations.

I appreciate how PandaDoc makes it incredibly easy to gain signatures on the agreements we send out, providing a seamless and efficient process compared to traditional PDF signatures, which often don't work as well for us. The software spells out exactly where signatures and information need to be captured on the agreements, ensuring that nothing gets left off a document, which is essential for maintaining comprehensive records. Furthermore, the ease of operation and the ability to support multiple users and facilitate signatures from various parties are significant strengths. The process of using PandaDoc was surprisingly straightforward, even with just a small tutorial; I found the navigation intuitive, allowing me to learn as I went along without much difficulty. PandaDoc's ability to consistently deliver the required information in a format that is convenient for my customers and those I solicit for signatures is something I find valuable. Additionally, the overall experience with PandaDoc has been smooth, and it remains our preferred method of obtaining signatures on contracts, which speaks to its effectiveness and user-friendliness.

I wish PandaDoc made it a bit easier to send out reminders for signatures on emails. This feature could be improved to enhance efficiency in document management.

I truly appreciate the ease and intuitive nature of using PandaDoc. The setup process was straightforward and the software's clear structure helped me get started without any setbacks. I value how PandaDoc addresses my quoting problems, enabling clients to easily accept my quotes. Although I wish creating quotes was more automated, the outcome of having clients accept them commercially is satisfying. The integration with HubSpot is another standout feature for me, enhancing the connectivity and overall workflow between systems. Additionally, the activity log functionality is extremely useful as it details who accessed a document and their interactions with it, providing valuable insights. The document styling and ease of use, together with its capability of connecting with other systems like HubSpot, further highlight the benefits of using PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the customer service with PandaDoc to be not very personal, as the representatives seem disconnected from my specific needs and operations, which I believe limits the potential effectiveness of the service. Additionally, creating quotes is currently a manual process, and I wish there could be an automated way to handle this. The challenge of automating my quotes leaves me feeling stuck, as it complicates my workflow rather than simplifying it.

PandaDoc streamlines quoting by allowing clients to accept quotes and supports e-signatures for contracts. Though creating quotes is a bit manual, the results are beneficial as they meet commercial acceptance, enhancing my workflow.
