What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for a few years predominantly for creating business cases and handling proposals that lead to agreement signing. One of the reasons I chose PandaDoc over other solutions like HubSpot's quote tool, GetAccept, and DocuSign is its ability to quickly create visually appealing documents that extend beyond simple pricing quotes. I appreciate PandaDoc's seamless integration with HubSpot, where I can easily generate documents directly from HubSpot linked to deals, and any signed documents automatically attach there. This integration also ensures that amounts and line items flux effortlessly into HubSpot, enhancing the overall workflow. Another standout feature for me is the robust approval workflow, which significantly streamlines our processes, particularly when collaborating with our deal desk during document approval phases. Setting up PandaDoc was straightforward, requiring time primarily for creating our custom content library and legal terms. My overall experience with PandaDoc has been exceptional as it reliably delivers on its promises and offers the specific mix of integrations and user-friendly interface I require, which makes it an excellent tool for my needs. PandaDoc genuinely simplifies document creation and management tasks, provides a high level of usability, and effectively supports our operational requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major issues with PandaDoc. However, I am aware that our operations person mentioned some minor features that could be improved to make tasks easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to maneuver PandaDoc and appreciate its effortless setup. It offers a ton of options for customization and modifying adjustments, which really helps in tailoring proposals to fit our company's needs. I greatly value the ability to draft and edit proposals quickly and efficiently, which streamlines our workflow. The feature that allows the saving and flexibility in managing templates and documents to meet client expectations is incredibly helpful. PandaDoc has significantly benefited my company by enabling quick and easy sending of proposals, and the editing efficiency it offers is unmatched. Overall, PandaDoc is an essential tool for my business operations, and I would definitely purchase it again. Additionally, my satisfaction with the product is such that I would highly recommend it to others, rating it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation likelihood.

I don't like the lack of offline access, which restricts my ability to work without internet.

Easy and Accurate with a Free Version, But Survey Creation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, accurate and there is a free version. It is easy to explain to those needing to sign. I like that it can send to everyone at once or create an order. Very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to create survey forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for obtaining e-signatures. It drops a signature certificate at the end to help authenticate the signatures.
Effortless Transition, Impressive Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I prefer PandaDoc over other options because the functionality is very similar to what I was used to with DocuSign, but I particularly appreciate that the technology of PandaDoc is easier to handle in some aspects. This ease of use reduces the workload for my team by allowing us to send documents out quicker and more easily than before. Additionally, setting up PandaDoc was not difficult, even though it required adapting from our previous system. The learning curve was manageable, which is a positive aspect. I also find the streamlined layout of PandaDoc quite useful in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little bit of a learning curve when transitioning from the previous platform to PandaDoc. Although the process was not difficult, some features were different from the environment we were used to. This required some adjustment and adaptation on my part.

PandaDoc doesn't solve a specific problem but eases workload by allowing us to send documents quicker and easier than before, improving efficiency.

Effortless to Use, Perfect for Client Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how PandaDoc offers an incredibly simple and straightforward setup process, making it easy for both myself and the clients I send documents to. I love that it simplifies sending client contracts, especially since I'm on the free plan that allows me to send up to 60 documents monthly—more than enough for my needs since I usually send just one or two documents every one to three months. I enjoy that I can easily insert more than just signature and dates into the forms, and I'm thrilled with the ability to create basic forms that I can customize based on individual client needs. These features make my workflow seamless and highly adaptable. The convenience and efficiency that PandaDoc provides are undeniable and are significant reasons why I continue to use it.

User-Friendly with Detailed Timelines, But Lacks Time Addition Options

The signature fields are off when I print a form after customer has signed.

The signatures are off when we print them after they have been finalized.
Effortless Document Signing with PandaDoc—Simple and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use. I create a PDF of the form I need signed using Google Docs, then import it into PandaDoc. After that, I add a signature field for my customer to the PDF and send it by email for signing. Once my customer signs the document, I receive a signed copy along with a "signature certificate."
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not run into any weakness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I typically require only one or two digitally signed documents per month, so my needs are fairly low volume. I didn't want to pay for an expensive solution just for this purpose. PandaDoc meets my requirements perfectly, providing the features I need without unnecessary cost.
