Better Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
The template and ease of document creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients can't see signed contracts after 30 or 60 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get a contract signed and a deposit on file has been a huge win for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its totally customizable--allows you to make individual documents but formatted within a consistent theme/structure. Definitely saves a lot of time. Its also completely secure, and you are able to track all the activity related to the document
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the functionality isn't the easiest. It's generally pretty good but it can be very slow, difficult to move things around, and difficult to make certain, specific changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by allowing all the regularly-used content blocks, templates and texts to be centrally located. Moreover, its really secure - you can monitor each document or contract to see exactly where it has been sent, who has read it, and so on. You get real time updates when people engage with the documents as well

What do you dislike about the product?
- There's not a lot of design customization ability for the proposals
- Tables and pricing tables are difficult to customize and you cannot copy/paste these elements

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helped us streamline our sales process, especially the initial steps of our process where we qualify prospects into opportunities.
With PandaDoc, we can send leads a proposal once we receive a sales call request. We're able to create streamlined proposals with pricing options depending on the goals and constraints of the client's budget during the sales call.
If prospects accept a proposal, they can also sign the document and pay through Stripe on the PandaDoc itself, allowing us to track the win and loss rate of the proposals we send out, and easily quantify how much money PandaDoc helps us make.

It's a great tool for managing the beginning of your sales process if you send out a lot of proposals. If you don't need clients to pay through your proposals, perhaps another option will be more affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use, it makes our proposals look amazing. We can add video, images and design it to fit our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about PandaDoc is that sometimes the proposals can't make it through spam filters and our prospects don't get them.We have to download a PDF and attach that to an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send proposals quickly, look very professional, and close more deals.
Quick and simple yet proffesional
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add content to a library and templates that you can utilize so you don't have to build a proposal from scratch everytime. I also like the analytics so you can see who viewed what pages and how long they spent viewing each page to gauge importance and what's working/appealing to your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting is a little off and you have to open the doc or test print as what your viewing isn't a good representation of what the final format looks like. Also, the formatting for text (double spacing) doesn't seem to work properly

Give it a trial if you can first to see if you like it and if it meets your needs

There are not as many styles and fonts available as there would be in a word document so if you want your docs to look exactly like them, Panda Doc cannot always provide that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up your templates with tokens or use the integrations they have. Do not copy and paste your old document in and expect it to look exactly the same in Panda Doc, rather take time to build your own document templates that look the way you would want them to.
Great Product and Great support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive platform that produces beautiful proposals. Easy to create and populate templates and takes the hassle out of distribution and signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the predefined fields that you use to create templates can be a little restrictive so duplicating a specific format is not possible

Best tool to send documents digitally!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload templates of our current documents and insert as many places for customers to fill out their information as I need. Its simple to navigate and to use. Documents and sent and received through email and can be easily downloaded and stored. I also like that the software will keep drafts that are not ready to be sent yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to pre-populate information into documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending documents to channel partners, clients , and new customers for all different types of things.

definitely recommend. it was worked great for us and we will continue to use it.

Ease of use, templates, content library, audit trail, editing. Generally everything about it makes me happy.

Random clitches when trying to print or download.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you layout your document content and how you want your templates to work ahead of time. Once you get past this initial phase, it will be as easy as pie.
Simple and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use a service that integrates with our CRM, is a huge plus when sending upwards of 50 contracts weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features, like deleting a document, are hard to use and are only found in one place. Being able to quick locate a client and delete the document would be nice. Instead, we have to go through two screens to locate a document.

Ensuring clients receive and review our paperwork within a timely manner.
