What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for about a year now, we love the templates and the online presentation side of it. The tokens which pull info from our CRM save us time when we are preparing proposals and help us get them back to our leads quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could customize the layouts and text a little more than we are able to. There is only a limited text editor feature for blocks of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves us from recreating multiple proposals and using Word for everything.
PandaDoc allowed us to be a very successful fastgrowing multinational start-up

Ability to have multiple different things in one convenient and secure place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Laggy sometimes, but not critical. As well as per-user pricing model.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tokens, templates, and ease of use are ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JavaScript issues and rogue bullets when you try to delete more than one bulleted item at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales. We use Pandadoc for proposals, contracts, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes some time to setup, but once it's in place, it saves SO MUCH time!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build and send a proposal. Many of my clients are impressed with how quickly I can get proposals over to them and a big part of that is how quickly I can build the proposal in pandadoc
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had much I dislike from a sales and user perspective. I know my boss who manages the API side of it has had some complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to spend a lot of time writing proposals. I want to get in and out pretty quick. I do want my clients looking at the proposals and I want to know when they do and how long they spend on each page. The analytics give me that capability.
Great benefit to our company, but some issues
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create proposals using information synced with my CRM. The process is quick and easy, and it's an amazing value-add to my company. Proposals look excellent, E-signature, analytics, tracking... All awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The design features can be a bit difficult to use and there's a thick, unmovable bar that sits on top of the documents as they're being read, which definitely lessens that quality of the visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to streamline our sales process, and quick quote generation is a big plus. Also, it's a better optic to our customers.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can customize templates, and how easily it integrates with Base CRM. It was really easy to make sure all the correct info ported in correctly from our CRM platform so that sales could make proposals with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that I can't lock certain features out for sales people, especially if it's important aspects that sales people don't have rights to change. It's also frustrating that I can't turn off the download feature for sales people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to use this software as it makes the process much more streamlined, and helps our team focus more on selling, and less on admin work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using Base CRM, this is definitely the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I no longer write proposals by cloning some past proposal (and often missing some reference to the previous prospect) - I now build custom proposals by inserting pre-built content as needed, and as a result, there's less custom wording that I have to write. PandaDoc merges the prospect info from my Zoho CRM automatically. I now know if and when a prospect has opened my proposal, and they are able to accept the proposal with signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to learn CSS to really customize my branding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responding faster to Prospects by writing their proposals faster, reducing costly delays and winning more of my deals. My proposals look very professional, and prospects ask "How did you generate this proposal? Is this something you could do for us?"

its a bit expensive to have more then one user for my company

Great product just a few tweaks needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create professional document that are customer friendly. Document that can be reviewed, edited, and signed by the customer; this creates a much better experience for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping of information from CRM to panda docs. needs to be a service that helps map the data so the docs are easier to import to crm and populate the correct data.

The quotes look professional, are easy to make and the templates save loads of time if your sending similar quotes to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to customise the quotes and the integration with crm and invoicing systems sometimes isn't quite as straightforward as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sending proposals and order forms simpler. Clients like the look of the proposals and we close more business due to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's a proposal, use the tables to sell addons. Clients respond well.
