What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and saves a lot of time in the office. Much more efficient than sending documents for signing by regular email or paper copies.
We usually use it for creating, sending, tracking documents like proposals, tax returns, etc. It's great to streamline the workflow process for business. Is really helpful to make sure user sign the document and able to see log like when the user view the docs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer to remove automatic computer generated signatures. Would be better to force signer to use their own created signature. Email messages sent also seem to end up in junk mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time getting documents signed. Am able to track whether a client opens and actions the requried tasks. Is quick and easy to send a reminder to a client to open and/or sign forms as necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
When an invoice is rejected, PandaDoc communicates to all my colleagues that an account has been accepted by email, instantly, giving them the opportunity to start working anywhere on the planet. With PandaDoc, it is simple to use the option to accept payments online. It eliminates the need to obtain authorization from busy operational leaders. PandaDoc is well suited for sales companies that need to send quality recommendations quickly and accept them quickly. When sales teams travel to events, having the ability to generate a quote and get authorization while engaging with a prospective client makes a difference in the way things are handled, having no documents involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than emails generated by the PandaDoc system getting stuck in users' junk email folders, I have found no shortcomings in the years I have been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All departments use PandaDoc because of its convenience in obtaining information and the notifications to keep all departments on the same screen. My work in Sales has not yet been utilized by a web-based quoting system that is simple to use (we tested two). The web-based chart offers my group the privilege of having access to important paperwork remotely, which is very helpful.

Extremely easy to use, both as a provider and a customer. Again, I have yet to get a complaint

It would be nice to be able to correct a mistake without having to start the process over from the beginning.

This is allowing us to get documents faster than waiting for someone to come into the office, thus lessening our waste of paper

What do you like best about the product?
Great Look & Feel, and the editing tools are very well thought and useful. It also integrates beutifuly with our CRM making everything smoothly connected.

Quite often, the text editor locks up and forces us to refresh the page and go back to the beginning...

panda doc allowed us to unify the proposal and the contract, which are usually separate, into a single document.

PandaDoc makes generating and managing contracts and agreements easy for our staff, and admin - saves us time and money!
Easy and simple - gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Requires very little preparartion/setup. Nice with a free tier as our need is really small and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing the first time as some features required a paid subscription that we decided to postone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a letter of intent for our coaching clients and need them to be able to sign it easily and without printing, scanning etc. Also use it for agreements. This works perfectly!
Everything works perfectly, effortlessly like an apple phone hehe

The simplicity and ease of use. We used another cheaper system for a year and it was just headache after headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggling to upload sms credits for otps but it isn't that necessary the signature certificate is accepted by everyone with just email.

Easy field assignments and customization. Templates are simple to convert from PDF.

Formatting isn't as convenient as MS Word.
