Send contracts to clients electronically

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily create electronic contracts, track the contracts, see the analytics and storing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
My integration with Google does not work properly, so I have to manually move a PDF version over to PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking contracts and other documents. We have a huge number, so it's very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Paperless. I always know where my releases are and I know WHO has signed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Mobile app doesn't allow me to login with Google's two-step verification (which I have to use since having my email acct hacked in the past).

2. I wish I could edit my releases via the site. It would definitely speed things up.

3. I wish I could do batch releases when I have to get multiple releases (not multiple signatures) signed for one project (photo/videoshoot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless releases is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to use the mobile app, set up an entirely separate gmail acct JUST for PandaDoc and don't enable two-step verification.

What do you like best about the product?
Use of templates and very user friendly. I like how I can easily integrate with my Zoho CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime when I drop in a block it goes straight to the bottom rather and going to the spot i want it to go to. Can be time consuming when I have to put in a lot of blocks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is great for making good presentations. I really love the way I can format the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily get documents signed and processed
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Netsuite integration is a bit of a drawback for our team, would like a completed doc to start a workflow

Not knowing the status of contracts, not knowing how long users are spending on sections of our contracts.

If you are looking for a simple to use e-signature service, this is the one

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc just makes everyone happier. Clients don't have to print anything, we don't have to guide them through the process, and execs sign docs from their smart phone. It's awesome. Plus, we get to have all of the documents in one place for easy future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, except that the pricing has gone up substantially since we started with them in their early days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased customer and sales team happiness with the sales process! This was a real problem for us at the outset. We would always lose signed contracts. Now, they're all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This used to be the "DocuSign for Small businesses" - and, it still is in product, but less in pricing than it used to be. However, the user interface is great and your team - and customers - will love it. Definitely the right choice for SMEs

What do you like best about the product?
Easy storage for all engagement letters and proposals in one place. The experience for the client is easy, painless, and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to custom build everything. I have to go in and redesign / align / build out proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've streamlined our sales and onboarding process by using self-built templates in PandaDoc's platform for our engagement letters, ACH authorization forms, and proposals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Dashboard is a great CRM.

Good Proposals

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily make proposals from Pipedrive data and almost all the data flows in very well. They are easy to put together once in PandaDoc
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more data which could be imported in from Pipedrive but the biggest item is being able to insert token fields for Pipedrive data on top of existing PDFs, that would really be helpful. Another problem is emailing the proposals, I was using PandaDoc email feature however I found from my customers and prospects the PandaDoc email was in their junk folder! So I started just exporting PDFs and emailing but that does not help the process and loses some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly and easily create quotes and proposal from Pipedrive and have all the data together and easily accessible made life so much easier than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the templates have shaved hours of my day. Creating a proposal before a sales meeting takes minutes verses hours with Panda Doc. I am able to customize a proposal or request additional information from out clients very quickly and keep it organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to control how the pages were laid out when you printed. You have to get creative with this as of today by adding text boxes etc. I wish that the email that is sent to clients did not say Panda Doc. It causes confusion. I think a drag a drop feature for organizing documents would be extremely helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate as a team, watch the status of pending contracts and gather sensitive information quickly and securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PandaDoc! It is extremely intuitive, collaborative and a time saver. We are really pleased with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, templates are easy to access and modify, personalized content. Great selling tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are great but there are some that can be added like a content library for easy access. Overall it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great proposal tool. As long as all templates are set up it is very fast and easy to use.

Totally recommend it for professional proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc made it easy to create SOW-oriented proposals and contracts. Other tools are more product focused. I like the drag and drop features and maintenance of past inputs to make routine updates easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is continuing to evolve. But some of the interfaces for building invoices and entering data require ramp up time. The interface for moving docs could be more drag+drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is how I manage proposals and invoices for my consulting business. When everything works right, it saves on files, document signing, and replicating templates so it cuts down email and workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great platform for service/custom proposal oriented companies. Other tools seem to be more focused on standard inputs and fields.
