Fantastic Platform-
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is like id Docusign became way more user friendly. It's way easier to edit everything on here, design our contracts to be visually appealing, etc. The templates are so helpful and are linked up directly to our CRM. Additionally, being able to collect payment straight from here is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have too much to say on the negative side. We evaluated multiple vendors and each have their own flaws. I guess not being able to push out as many manual reminders as I'd like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc let's me template out contracts so they take way less long to build. I can also standardize the contract templates to avoid any inconsistencies. We used to have to manually update fields that were repetitive in our CRM and now they all auto populate over.

What do you like best about the product?
An exceptional document automation tool that has simplified my document management processes. One of the most notable features of Pandadoc is its streamlined approvals for documents. It makes it easy to track and manage document approvals by automatically notifying approvers and allowing them to sign and approve documents electronically. This feature alone has saved me a significant amount of time and effort in managing approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Pandadoc is an excellent document automation tool with a range of useful features, its cost can be a significant downside for users in emerging markets in Asia. Unfortunately, the high pricing makes it difficult for smaller businesses and individuals to justify the investment, which can limit the tool's accessibility and reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me countless hours of manual document management, and the streamlined approvals process is an absolute game-changer. The document organization tools are also very helpful, allowing me to categorize and group documents as needed for easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
So we work with a CRM and it has really been flawless on working right into PandaDoc. As a lifelong sales guy, this platform to get a proposal out and have payment work so smoothly really makes my job easier. I'm not chasing around invoices and following email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has been there for any issues our company has had. That if any is also an issue with the other platforms we work on. So, as a whole PandaDoc and our company have had little issues. Me personally after learning the platform have had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To speak with a new client and after our conversation in a matter of a few minutes, I can paste a proposal of our conversation topics and pricing and have it sent before a new client can get a cup of coffee.
Easy to use, good functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I have clients that use the free and subscription offerings. PD is easy to use, unobtrusive to my other apps, flexible, and intuitive. If you are just executing contracts, this is great option.

Nothing in particular. It has everything I need.

Quick and easy contract execution.

What do you like best about the product?
We are grateful for the ease of use that the platform provides to our customers and us. The simple and intuitive interface enables effortless navigation, making it a pleasure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document editing lacks a satisfactory UI. It is imperative to implement additional features, such as the improved conversion of PDF and Word Docs. Otherwise just ongoing updates are required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ultimate goal is to simplify the whole process and greatly enhance the overall user experience for everyone. Its has done this well so far for us and we continue to learn.

Until now I didn't saw a down size part - so, I'm still very happy on how it works.

A easy way to have proposals acceped and signed.

What do you like best about the product?
We can import documents and add fields for signer entry and have them digitally sign quickly and simply. We use mainly for simple contracts but have had great feedback from clients. The support team are responsive and helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
You are restricted on what you can do unless you upgrade your account but there is enough for basic on the free version. I tested webforms and although it's easier to send multiple people to the same link for signing a generic form, they have to enter more contact info before they can sign which makes the signing process slightly longer (but not excessively).
Also we use pdf documents that we add signing fields onto and on a mobile view the text is pretty small to read. If we paid and were able to use editable docs instead this might work better. Not a deal breaker tho.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to send a pdf contract for people to sign but they had to either have the software to sign it digitally or they had to print out, sign, rescan and then send back to us. PandaDoc is way easier for them and the return rate is higher in a shorter time. Duplicating a document and changing the signer is simple once you have the template you like set up originally.

I love how easy it is to navigate, and I also like the free version, which is what small businesses like mine need!

Nothing to dislike! It would be nice if a check accept or decline was available...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability of having a customer sign a contract without me having to physically go to his house. Also having a legible, legal signature/document.

What do you like best about the product?
Several features stand out to me when using PandaDoc. I love that you can add a verification requirement for someone to access and sign a document. You can also monitor how long someone stays on each contract page. This is especially important when assessing a client's engagement during an onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to CC someone on a document. Sometimes another person needs to be made aware of a client's progress or an offer that has been made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are living organisms that are edited often as new experiences arise. PandaDoc makes it simple to create multiple templates that address different situations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most cost-effective and efficient way to send contracts and get signatures out of the way with my clients. My clients love the app, and getting away from wet signatures has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with the application. For my uses the number of feature exceed my needs but as our company grows we may dig deep enough that we find an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a solution to get away from wet signatures and the paperwork that entails. I used docusign first but needed a product that integrated with google docs and was cost effective. Pandadoc fills that need.
