PandaDoc has been great for my business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that pandadoc is user friendly, they make it easy to use and understand different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, i think they have created a nice platform

Its solves the problem of having to mail and get wet signatures

yes its same and now you can take payments also with the software

Option to resign the expired contracts or delete them

Clients have problems in procuring software's for signing the contract. This software fills the shoes very easily.
PandaDoc fits our needs perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
Price, very easy to use, Workspaces, ability to send links (not limited to just emails), responsive tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization is missing, but not critical

Cutting downtime for getting clients to sign our forms and turn around is tremendous.

Extremely easy to set up and use. NOt much to worry about
PandaDoc makes proposal and contract writing easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely helpful to have pre-made contract and proposal templates that are easy to edit and send to customers. It is also very easy to sign, and have clients sign remotely. It is also very helpful to have all of these documents shared. My current role also has them integrated with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's a great website and I have had no issues with it. I find it very easy to use and very easy for clients to use. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for our SaaS company. We use it to create new proposals and contracts for clients, as well as renewals. Customers need to renew their subscriptions every year and we use PandaDoc for that purpose as well.
So easy to send contracts
What do you like best about the product?
User experience is great, sending url links streamlines the signing process for my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC integration could be more seamless and easy to use. would love pandadoc to update a contract if I make changes to an opp without having to make these changes manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of getting my contracts reviewed, signed and returned to me in a timely manor. I have ran my business sucessfully for over a year with pandadoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Pandadoc. Even with just what is offered with the free version of the website is more than enough to handle all of the contracts associated with my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of having to print out the contracts, meeting directly with the client for them to read it, have them sign it and put it into action. Pandadoc streamlines that whole process for me and I save so much time and money with that feature.
Quick and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows you to continue using the free version to get signatures. It is a great way to get signatures remotely. There isn't a limit on how many signatures you can send for in a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I haven't liked about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in four different locations in the school district. That causes a lot of travel, but PandaDoc helps me collect signatures without having to drive to each location to get them. It also helps get signatures from parents whose students are virtual.

I really like PandaDoc because it is comprehensive. It has great tools for me to connect with my current clients. I love these guys.

I really don't have any big issues with the software.

They are solving contract management and help me write comprehensive problems in contracts.
Great Interface for Digital Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Love using Pandadoc to verify our clients documents. The interface is very customer friendly and encryption is great

Could be a little easier to ensure fields are mandatory and edit docs

Needing a digital process to get client signatures rather than printing documents off; this is acceptable as it is a unique signature each time rather than software generated

What do you like best about the product?
Having been in contractual sales and marketing for over 20 years and living through the evolution of technology, I have used a multitude of processes. DocuSign, Adobe Sign, GoogleDocs, PandaDoc and of course the the days before e-signing was used. What makes PandaDoc stand out is the ease of drag and drop features to create a customized contract without reinventing the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ever evolving features that connect with ease to other platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Teams, etc. - there is nothing I don't like about PandaDoc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and efficiency! Real-time redlining and collaboration speeds up the process and allows for multiple teams (Legal, Procurement, IT) to easily negotiate contract terms while tracking changes. I also love the drag and drop feature that offers fast turnaround, from proposal to contract.
