Transformed our closing process
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to set up and use from day 1. I needed to improve our contract quality, approval processes, and speed to send/sign. Hubspot integration, contract templates, reusable content snippets, and configurable data elements turned our contract creation process from hours to just a few minutes. Automated approval processes, client reminders and built-in digital signatures make the signing process smooth. We also use Zapier to store signed copies and contract data in systems of record.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see data integration with accounting systems setup as a standard part of the product. We have a combination of one-time project contracts (single invoice) and subscriptions (monthly recurring invoices) that we setup manually. Unfortunately using Zapier, in this case, is too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc manages our entire contract lifecycle (CLM). It is the orchestrator between hubspot and each contract's final destination in our document management system. Without Panda our contract creation process took literally 10x as long and we still didn't get the benefit of automated reminders, digital signature, and easy integration.

There's nothing on top of my head. The tool is efficient.

This tool makes it easy to generate and share quotes with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to use and the ease at which I can customize fields. It has premium features that are available for free and even more incredible features available for premium customers. Definitely my go -to resources for documents signed and managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the automatic field suggestions don't identify the fields needed accurately and have caused more adjustments than just including the required field myself. Otherwise, the automation and intelligent suggestions are a significant step in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
taking the headache out of signing documents and managing these documents with people. The benefits I noticed are from myself and the improved workflow. It greatly helps keep everything organized, documented and a ton of integrations to connect it with existing tools we use, like stripe.
Great E-Signature Alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and extremely user-friendly! I recommend it to all the contractors I work with when they are looking for a solution to signing documents online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a few restrictions but it makes sense. It would be great to have template options for free users. I would like to be able to make an either/ or box that requires only one box to be filled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving e-doc signing solutions for the everyday person who doesn't need something special like adobe sign. It's always been such a pain to print sign and scan a document to a client and I no longer have to do that!
They have been excellent, especially the free version

It is free and the functionality available is perfect for our needs.

The expense of the API connection compared to competitors.

Pandadoc is very intiutive in the handling and the possibilty to sign digitally makes everything so much easier. I also really love the automated reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that in some new templates it is a bit difficult to move the spaces for the customers to filll in information to the right spot. I does not seem to be possible to move these fields freely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the automated reminders, I am saving lots of time that I would usually spend with calling the customers over and over again. As most customers fill and sign the contracts online, there are also less mistakes with e-mail adresses or other information due to bad handwriting.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is user friendly. I enjoy the customization of templates and that you can access other documents uploaded by your teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-filled functions arent always accurate. I uploaded an standard W9 form and although it recognized the document and created prefilled options, it missed the signature and so I had to go back and add the field.

PandaDoc allows our organization to send documents to our clients and gather important information about them in a secure way. Unlike sending a document in an email, it's simple and secure. Our clients also like that they dont have to download any software or pay a fee to complete the documents we send them.

What do you like best about the product?
No need for offline tools, we can store our templates online and everyone can log in, populate the fields and send out the document without any chance of making an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of our clients simply don't know how to execute a document when they receive the prompt from PandaDoc, this sometimes leads to us having to resort to the old school way of signing documents

Eliminating chance of error, unified document look and feel that matches our brand and handy online storage for our executed agreements - all in one place is a big advantage!
Easy to learn, easy to use, effective no-fuss solution to document management
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a fantastic tool for managing document completion and providing an easy solution for e-signature needs and collecting information. I rarely have to explain to those receiving items via PandaDoc how to use the tool--it's quick and SO user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve when starting out setting up documents, as far as which type of feature should be used for each individual signing/completion function. However, the support center has many helpful resources to guide you through, and customer service is top notch! It's difficult to say anything I dislike, because I truly love this tool so much! It has made my daily functions so much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information and signatures from multiple parties is no longer the biggest frustration of my day! It has eliminated the back-and-forth and the need for printing documents to complete, scan and return. Requesting revisions is also a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business, we didn't need a large document signing program so we tried Panda Docs and OMG we love them!! So easy to use, it has helped streamline our forms and get the signatures without any confusion or push back from the signers (a miracle all by itself). Thank PandaDocs for making our lives so much more efficient!

Nothing we dislike here! Easy to use and no instructions are needed for our signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mental health practice we have forms we need our therapists to sign for our HR and for our clinical department. The issue was we didn't need a large expensive package so pandadocs filled that need for us which we greatly appreciate.
