Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use the platform for creating B2C quotations for our services. The catalogue is very intuitive and although it requires some initial time investment, once it's online it makes life so much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have a whole lot of negative things to say about the platform. One downside might be that the platform isn't particularly smart with automatically naming its documents. For example, unless you change it manually, a downloaded document will have the name of the template. It could perhaps automatically configure the doc name to the name of the client/recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines and facilitates the quotation process. We are very happy with how our sales estimate and quotation documentation has evolved since we transitioned to Pandadocs.
Excellent document automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is great to start on a free version, learn, and then use it on a paid plan. It works seamlessly and stores all logs and signed document in one place and the dashboard help to navigate there well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it pushes me to use paid plan by offering premium features without a disclaimer and I have to redo my work. But it's a free plan and as a business, they do the right thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to sign documents fast and they are legally binding. Probably, the ease of use and speed of use. The ability to store and find documents in one place. An app.
Business Growth with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of PandaDoc was the payment integration. My clients can review, accept, and render payment in one setting. PandaDoc's CRM supports me as a business owner looking to close a deal, and my client(s) being assured the services they paid for are legally bound.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to best use the template library, which can be a learning curve for others with minimum graphic design experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that PandaDoc is solving for my business is efficiently closing deals. Prior to using PandaDoc, it could take up to 7 business days to close a deal; now, it happens within 1-2 business days.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides a way to integrate images, videos, and payments within your proposal, contract, or scoping contract. It also integrates with several CRMs, including SalesForce, HubSpot, and image design giant Canva. Lastly, the ability to integrate with Stripe provides a seamless way to finalize a contract and receive payment at the same time.
The final look and feel is highly professional. Payment and tier-wise, there are options for small and large businesses.
PandaDoc also provides frequent webinars and online training sessions to help users maximize the platform and increase conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to write a review and say that there is nothing you don't like. In this instance, I'd have to say that I can't think of anything. PandaDoc's training materials, templates, support, and integrations are fantastic. I would highly recommend this platform to any business but especially to small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows for creating professional proposals, contracts, and collaborative editing. Our business uses PandaDoc to provide a proposal and legal agreement within the same document. We also use video to summarize the benefits to the customer.
Coming from using a PDF editor to make documents, Pandadocs saves me hours of time a week.
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, Autosave, VERY Responsive, No quality drop on uploaded pictures, Autosizing for uploaded pictures, Drag and drop text boxes as well as photos, NEVER any waiting/loading issues
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i can find is not having the ability to markup or autosize photos that you are using on your templates. Other than that I cannot think of any issues with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating multiple forms a day. Allow utlization of the same template with no accidental saving over a "master template" These features save me countless hours.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with PandaDoc has been TRANSCENDENT! The ease of creating a document is what I love! Also the way you can sign for the client is super cool and a breath of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. The site is super modern and easy to navigate. I think the only thing I would add is a way to send the documents as PDF's instead of links, for my older clients. Unless that's already there and I missed it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to waste paper and ink, and the fact that we only take clients over Zoom, so now we can have meetings all over the world without having to fax documents and wait for returns!
Very easy to use and great support that response fast.

If you make a pdf it does not always have the best line out.

Best Electronic Document Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The price and the unlimited envelopes. The setup is also very user-friendly. I was used to setting up templates in DocuSign and it is set up almost the same way
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really with the product. We have had some instances of down time but the tech support has been very supportive and will get back to you in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of us getting our contracts back quickly. Before PandaDoc my reps used a form that was embedded on our website it was difficult to find and also difficult to use. We get triple the contracts back now using PandaDoc
Easy & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is both easy and efficient. The templates make the NDA & SOW process seamless.

I haven't found anything that I haven't liked about PandaDoc.

Quick and easy digital document reviews and signatures are very beneficial.
Reliable, easy to use. Ideal for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Uploading PDF or Word documents is simple, and fields are easy to set up. I enjoy the fact that you don't have to attach PDF documents in emails which someone then has to print, sign and scan (or use a PDF writer)

Not much to dislike. The only downside is that certain fields are only available in the Paid For version
