Conga Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
that the solution brings transparency and automation to the process of contracts from requesting, through generating, negotiation, execution and storage
What do you dislike about the product?
there are none as yet but I am an early user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing automation to an otherwise more manual process, also providing a visible audit trail to the wider organization including the status of any contract negotiaton; also tranferability of legal workload and ensuring that all contract documents are processed through to full execution.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one place and ease of use to initiate, negotiate, and sign our Legal Agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When users fail to follow the process, I wish the resolutions to get things back on track were simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally have a "Process" that all departments are following.

What do you like best about the product?
How adaptable its been. We're moving from a complex, antiquated system and process and every customization request we've made has been able to be accomplished. It says a lot about the product that it can be adapted so easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If pressed i would say almost too many options... but i think this will be a good thing. Conga Connect has helped me feel more confident in my understanding of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our complex sales and contracting processes with goal of more efficancies and increased revenue (we hope! )
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We're in the early phase, but so far its been amazing. Highly recommend at this stage.
Exceptional implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the streamlining of the processes, having all our contracts in a single depository, being able to track and report on our agreed provisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the 4 salesforce orgs within our business, implementation was more complicated than we anticipated and to release our first phase, we had to drop a certain amount of capabilities to be able to launch on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of different legal agreement templates that were not controlled or stored in a concise and reliable manner; with the implementation of Conga, we now have a single clause library where we can easily access, update and provide legal agreement templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Contract negotiate clause library, ability to download contracts as a word doc and automation with the two versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
conga sign doesn't have the ability to make everything required

know your processes before beginning
Conga is been great tool using since couple of months which is easy to generete contracts

Generating contracts inside the salesforce

writing a query in the button inside the salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing a query in the salesforce, but it will pull lot of information from many objects and drag the information into the contracts
Essential for taking contracts to the next level

I love the clause library, clause bundles to manage similar clauses across multiple templates
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep getting mixed up about the native contracts solution vs Conga Contracts for Salesforce. Conga Contracts for Salesforce is what I use. a lot of training refers to the latter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest impact is confidence in the agreement, knowing we all have access to the latest and greatest authoritative agreement.

It is easy to set up once you get a hang of it. It's a great product that helps clients automate their contract proscess.

needs notifications when a new contract is uploaded

Using the reports system is a lifesaver. I have realized that this can help every one of the departments in my company.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and ability to track changes adn the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was bit of learning curve and it took some work on implemetation to get where we needed to, but it was all worth it.

Automation, tracking and we save sooo much time!
