Conga contract experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy platform that you can change or create information based on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better search engine for archived contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Contracts excels in its contract repository management. It provides a secure storage system for contracts, making it effortless to organize and categorize documents. The search functionality and filtering options enhance document retrieval, facilitating efficient contract management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some bugs and sometimes the system takes too much to load information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repository, workflow, renewals.
Great product to manage large volume of contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows make approvals a breeze. Also like the ability to customize data reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Conga Contracts could better connect to some of our other internal systems and automate the sharing of data.

Helps automate drafting and archive approved clauses.
Effective contract distribution for all teams
What do you like best about the product?
Conga has allowed us to operationalize our contracting process for sales and customer success. Instead of a different set of contract templates sitting on each person's desktop there is a defined contract for each use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a heavy learning curve for users who are not Salesforce savvy. It takes careful set up and enablement to ensure that end users feel comfortable and capable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to eliminate the majority of custom contracting that has to be approved and reviewed. Instead we are standardizing our products, terms, and prices in order to provide a consistent customer experience and lighten administrative load.
Excellent for the limited purpose, with limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the contract process, start to finish. Likewise, the ability to use Conga Contracts to create templates for contracts including additional language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the system, including templates and language can be overly complex and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It decreases the time it takes Legal to draft new contracts as well as providing an easy way to store and reference contracts. This reduces time looking for contracts and allows us to keep track of key dates and contract provisions.
standardizing our Contracting Process
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Contracts has brought great structure and standardization to our contracting process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining and launching new templates via Composer can be challenging sometimes, although it gets easier with more experience and the user guidance is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing our process and contracts and streamlining some of our business processeses
Contracts Automation Done Right
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to a very seamless implementation (due to a great implementation partner recommended by Conga), the dynamic template building with clauses (we have Conga Contracts for Salesgorvr) that are easy to manage and modify as needed has been a game changer. We are working towards empowering our Sales team to generate their own contracts, and Conga made it possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that could be improved is the recognition of attachments to the Contract record - if you simply attach documents (even if the names match almost exactly), they will be considered as separate and you won't be able to view the changes via "View Redlines" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to integrate the information inputted in Salesforce and CPQ that has gone through its own approval process into a document without additional human manipulation. Also allows us to to generate contracts within a few minutes as opposed to up to an hour.
A continuous learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the how user friendly it is for our organization. Easy to configure and design for our organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not knowing our systems full capabilities. I know we have so many features we are not using to our best abilities. If there was some type of place in conga that showed what we had for conga contracts that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very beneficial to our organization for streamlining flows, approvals, negotiations etc. Having everything in one central location is a game changer for us.
Great product, long time users.
What do you like best about the product?
The flow approval process, it keeps all approved accountable for there reviews and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current email process and language sometimes confuses our vendors who think they need to log into our system. Would like to see different email for vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals from business units for contracts they requested.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that conga contracts appeals to our legal and finance team by utalizing word for revisions/redlines
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX needs improvement, simple funtionality is hard to find and hidden. The customizatiation is limited.

We needed to streamline our sales to finance handoff for contract management.
