What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM be frequently used for creating the contracts with customized templates and esign process
What do you dislike about the product?
For now I am experiencing good colleberation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cWe are on track to implement the full CLM Package. We have automated the most complex agreement document we have been with CLM and It has been succesfull case.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM is very intuitive and has great efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CLM can be complex for new users and when we try to Integrate with other systems can also be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CLM automates approvals for proposals and contracts. That is very important for the company that i work for.

What do you like best about the product?
The product in whole is a great product, with great end user experience, used in day to day activative to create and update the contracts, which is easily configured with other products. Admins configure and implement the our usecases without any issue. And if there is any issue we always have the customer support who are always available to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major disadvance with the product, they can however optmize the contract review cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CLM Support is great all kind of user issues are resolved, it can be performance, break-fix or even new implementation they always do their best to assist us with their limitless knowledge.

Using Conga CLM our Contract Generation, negotiation & Approval process became very streamlined & faster. Prestored Clauses, Redlining is very helpful too.

May be can leverage Salesforce Agentforce for Predection & Clause Generation

Conga helping in Faster Contract Creation & Approvals. Xauthor is very powerful tool which make Salesforce & MS Word work seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily manage contracts and get signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the process was set up by Conga, and a lot of the functionality is locked down it can be difficult to diagnose the issue ourselves when we come across any user errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have all contract agreements in one place, and also agreement signatures all integrated within Salesforce, which can be easily seen by all users.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friend product, the documentations are easy to access and having detail step by step process to achieve the functionality which helps in implementing the use cases. The Conga Support is great we get 24/7 support from them and are always ready to help us. We use it in our day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great sometimes feature request takes time to reach to customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we can see that there is a existing functionaily working before but not working now, then we contact out Conga Support and they get on a call with us and help us resolve the issue with root cause and resolution. They also provide valid documentations and Knowledge articles which helps us to avoid similar issues in the future. They also provide 24/7 support.
