Simple. Easy. A perfect timesaving platform

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity has presented itself to be an essential and reliable tool for our data flow. The UI while having a learning curve, is easy for new users to get ahold of and has been improving constantly. There is a large repository of API connectors to use for data import. And the support team, are second to none, with fast and helpful insights to any issues you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is still has many gaps and therefore errors that you may not understand are difficult to look up yourself. On the flip side - support team are an email away and for me they have always responded within a few hours latest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required a flexible solution for our data flow that any member of the team could pick up with relative ease. As API connections are already present for many different platforms being able to go through a variety of scenarios quickly is essential for our internal analytics.

This has been a fundamental tool in ensuring automation of our data flow!

Data Management made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Both Adverity Products (DataTap as the ETL Backend) and Insights (as the visualization frontend) are very easy to use and allow even inexperienced users to quickly harness the power of their own data.
DataTap greatly simplifies the necessary steps to pull data from various different Platforms (such as Google Ads) , without the need to write your own Connectors. Instead a quick authorization to access the platform is all it takes to get started. Afterwards it's very simple to configure the needed reports and fetch the data. Transforming that data is rather simple as well. For most operations (such as selecting or adding data) prebuild scripts are available, for everything else a bit of python knowledge is helpful to achieve one's goals. Once the data has been transformed it'll be pushed to Insights where Analysts can choose from a plethora of different visualization options to quickly setup a dashboard that meets the clients need.
Additionally, both products are constantly updated and improved. Customers also get a say regarding new features or adaptions for their business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some improvements to be made regarding the performance and usability of the platform. This would include easier export options (for data that should not be pushed to Insights) or dependencies of different datastreams to streamline operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adverity is used for Customer and In-House Marketing reports which has been greatly improved compared to the manual steps that were necessary before Adverity.

Very powerfull tool and great services

What do you like best about the product?
Very thought-out services with both Datatap and Insights. The entire service is very well integrated into the current API landscape with lots of out of the box API connectors. Data transformation is easy and efficient. So is data-visualization and the creation of dashboards. The biggest benefit on using Adverity instead of a similar service on the market is their hands-on approach to individual requests and issues as well as their entire customer support and service team. They have a great response time for reviewing and adding our feature requests and are adding to and optimizing the service on a very regular and constant basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting into the data transformation capabilities can still be challenge, especially if you are not used to a scripting language like phyton. Thankfully they have lots of documentation and their excellent service to help you out. I still believe the interface could be a bit more forthcoming in explaining features and setting outright. Adverity offers a tremendous amount of capabilities, but lots of features and settings are often buried in hard to understand descriptions or just hidden within the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Adverity in almost all its offerings.
We use the Datatap for all sorts of data management and homogenization of different data sources. We export harmonized data to our clients or to multiple Visualization-Platforms like Google Datastudio and Adveritys own Insights Platform.
We use Insights for a multitude of customized client and inhouse dashboards which are always available and up to date. We offer automized and scheduled reports and the alert-system for clients who need their information via e-mail.
Their services benefit us most in the easy acquisition of raw data and the ability to turn these table full of metrics and dimensions into actionable insights for our account managers and their clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to really lay out your setup bevor hand to avoid a clustered interface.
Make sure you know how you want to organize multiple organizations, naming conventions for scripts, mapping tables and datastreams. Make also sure that you have a general consent on how to map kpis. The cleaner you set up all of this, the better the experience in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of different connector platform.
Simple interface.
It's very customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
Having this pricing model based on number of connectors instead of , for example , the data volume can be very expensive and unfavorable for some use case. Fetch can take long time and you can't manage the process download in a general overview interface . The file storage is related with a cloud storage service mandatorily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ingest data from a lot of platform without develop API client.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes analyzing data from different systems very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some QoL featuers missing in the administrating and organizing department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce time to summarize and standardize many reports from different systems. After initial deploying and setup (Which was easy with the perfect support you get), it made those processes at least 10 times faster.

Surprised by support and expendability

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, no complex IT-knowledge required and the support helps with every question. If necessary functionality isn't implemented yet, it gets implemented in a future release or will be solved otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having multiple tabs doesn't really work for us since changing the organization in one tab changes it for all the other open tabs, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting APIs can be done by everyone with Adverity what we're very happy about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use Adverity, try to base your ETL setup around it. This will be the best solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The faster way to develop an extraction, the simplicity and the scalability of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be improved, but fortunately the have good help desk service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create a data warehouse to control all the digital advertising and social media results
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The learning curve if of 2 or 3 weeks, and I recommend to use a lot the technical support.

Adverity made maanging 14 data connections and 65 datastreams simple

What do you like best about the product?
We used Adverity to extract data from 14 data sources ranging from marketing platforms, internal databased and scheduled csv exports. Adverity made maanging all data connections, the resulting datasets and trasformations very simple saving us plenty of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the platform doesn't support custom scripting and although the transformations available are extensive, they are not intuitive and take some getting used to. Saying that the support team has been incredible in helping us when we get stuck and working through the transformations together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Adverity's ETL capabilities to extract data from 14 data sources across 5 brands, transform and load it into PowerBi for visualisations. This allows business users to view company performance and user experience across all touch points.

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity's solutions help me to get a holistic view of the entire marketing performance. The intuitive User Interface makes it easy to onboard new sources fast. Eliminating most of the manual data wrangling helps us to focus on core tasks such as analysis and optimisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it seemed there were lots of options for how to use datatap, but after the first training, everything became clear and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting and manipulating data manually. All datasets are now being automatically cleansed and structured. The team can entirely focus on generating insights out of the data and optimize campaigns.

Having more of the video-documentation for self-onboarding.

Powerful yet straightforward API connector integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity manages to provide us with simple, intuitive, standardised connections into our Social and Advertising data, whilst also allowing almost complete flexibility and tailoring of how the data is fetched and imported. We're a pretty data literate team, and Adverity allows us to go into a huge amount of detail in configuring our datastreams to best suit our needs. But the initial, standard datastreams are quick and easy to setup. We were able to successfully implement the data feeds into our business in a matter of a couple of weeks, without the need for complex, self-built development work.

They cover all the connections we need, and also give us confidence that any future connections not currently covered can be built if necessary. It's incredibly useful for us to know that these connections are built and managed by an expert team, who can be on top of any potential changes made by the source endpoints.

The onboarding, support and account management teams are very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful, and were able to cover off particular requirements for our onboarding us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support documentation isn't quite as complete or detailed as it could be. This is partly mitigated by the excellence of the support and account management teams, who are responsive and knowledgeable. But providing that obvious expertise from those teams into higher quality documentation would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our access to Adverity's Datatap allows us to create datastreams covering our complete social media performance data, importing it into our own internal data warehouse for integration into internal dashboards as well as analytical projects. We've saved a large development cost for bringing this data in and managing the connections ongoing, as well as allowing more time to be dedicated to interrogating our data, and share around the business. This allows us to fully understand the impact of our social media channels, optimising our content creation and social media strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you think that Adverity is either too simple, or too complex for your business needs then you're probably wrong. They provide the whole spectrum of solutions.
