What do you like best about the product?
- Very good support (quick feedback on questions etc)

- Don't really have dislikes... Overall a good ETL tool

Easy ETL tool where non tech people can integrate data from different sources in our data warehouse

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup of integrations of all our marketing platforms. Speeding up our development and reducing maintainability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adverity adds another layer between you and the data source. This additional layer can make debugging issues more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining the large amount of integrations requered to extract all marketing data

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity saves us a significant amount of time that would otherwise need to spent on data engineering. This frees us up to focus on what matters and deliver value to clients as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the terminology can be counterintuitive and takes some getting used to, e.g. data sent from Adverity to a destination is called an 'import' and union operations are called 'concatenate', etc. However, there have been a number of improvements with the latest UI update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adverity provides us with a wide range of connectors, allowing us to quickly and easily set up data pipelines. This is especially useful in an agency environment where we have a range of clients with different data sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity is a great tool to work with certain datasources to combine data, track and improve KPIs and develop reportings, e.g. Social Media or Amazon. The Professional / Managed Service team and general support are very helpful and speedy. I can only advise to work with Adverity directly and not with external partners, who often lack deeper knowledge of the platform and rely on the support themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much has happened in terms of simplifyig enrichments in the platforms but there is still room for improvement, esp. with non-API datasources. What bothers us the most currently are the restricted and limited visualization options. This should be a higher priority instead of adding more and more new connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single platform for all datasources and stakeholders, allows comparisons internationally, reduces manual reporting, monitor & verify performance data for main KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity is the best-in-breed solution across functionality and price level for data aggregation and marketing reports. Top-notch and speedy customer service. Hands down the best reporting tool available in market. Adverity is not a nice to have, its a must-have for data-driven marketing professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! They are constantly updating the interface and improving the functionality for a great user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing attribution, lead progression metrics and performance marketing analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use with the UI and its powerful ability to change reports on the fly. There's a massive number of data sources and enrichment features that make it easy to connect to really any data source
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally if a report needs to be made or a bug was found in the software, it can take a few moments for it to be fixed with sometimes no ETA relayed back to the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining connections to data sources, allowing me to not have to worry about API updates and the proper data flow for my clients. Its super easy to visually see that all the datastreams are operational after nightly fetches.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that I can reformat the data the way I want via custom scripts. Even without code experience. Likewise, most of our common tools can be easily linked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a developer and I'm struggling with Python scripting. The standard enrichments are sufficient for me in very few cases. Likewise, I often do not understand the errors (error message is not conclusive for me)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interface to various marketing tools. Data supplier of the costs and clicks of individual marketing tools in our data warehouse

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible with multiple media data connections, its automation capabilities also help to streamline data management processes, saving time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have raised concerns about the pricing as it seems to be high compared to competitors. Nonetheless, Adverity has generally been praised for its features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Essential Tool for a data driven Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Even a non-technical user can quickly build reliable data pipelines and thus retrieve great data for different business cases and stakeholders. Data automation and cleaning processes are easy to handle. Adverity provide many examples. Super quick support and a great customer success management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some APIs are not fully developed or sometimes not up to date (pinterest v3 vs. v5). The support team quickly helps out but it may take a while for the dev-team to develop it. Documentation of supported fields with the original descriptions could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize extract, transfer, load (ETL) processes. Increase the independence of digital marketing teams (less dependend on IT). Reduce development and monitoring cost of IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Account Manager and professional team member are very hands on and positive.
The tool is very easy going and easy to understand and handle once you have a clear data structure, model and visualition in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not that automated as I wish it would be. the data connection and data bug identification or correction needs a lot of manual effort. Would be great if the tool could check, suggest and optimize bugs and improvements more automatically.
Some settings and specifications (e.g. filters) are very rigid and fixed, which makes it difficult to use dashboards in a more agile and flexible way.
Each service needs to be payed extra. Unfortunately the support team is not the best. Long runs for responses and the service quality is often too low to solve problems faster and easier.
Agencies deviate from the tool more and more and discontinuing the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps that the tool unifies and merges data so that results from different sources can be viewed holistically, but the same counts for other tools and services as well.
