Making security audits easy!
What do you like best about the product?
1. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer success team

What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything to dislike! They have made this process easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass have enabled us to become SOC2 accredited. We completed our Type1 audit with them last year and are now going through the audit process for Type2.
Great compliance platform with all major frameworks included.
What do you like best about the product?
All company policies and procedures are centralized in a unique single, great customer support, very easy to integrate with other vendors such as AWS and Google Workspace. A lot of tools that support our company to help our customers and also the employees, such as the data room and the training controls.
There is also a set of compliance frameworks available, which can lead our company to an incremental improvement of our compliance portfolio. For example, right now we only have HIPAA, but soon we'll start implementing SOC Type 2 using as a base what we already have in place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once Thoropass is fast growing company, a lot of major changes in the platform are performed and some time leads us to be lost over the new interface and location of most used items.
Even if all changes are presented in a step-by-step guide, sometimes can be a little "boring" experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass has helped us improve our policies and procedures for HIPAA compliance over the past 2 years. They are also providing guidance on archiving other compliance certifications for the near future, such as SoC Type2.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how their platform continues to improve.

I would be great to have a JustWorks integration.

Thoropass provides the scaffolding for startups to get SOC-2 certified. They have answered all my questions and taught me tons about the process.
Seamless SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance with Thoropass:
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's user-friendly interface made the otherwise daunting task of navigating through compliance requirements remarkably simple. Every step of the compliance process is seamlessly integrated into Thoropass, saving us many hours of manual work. Thoropass's customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thoropass is tailored for US based company, as a Canadian company we had to rewrite many part of the templates to align the policies with the Canadian laws
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company deeply committed to data security and compliance, we were looking for a solution that not only streamlined the process but also ensured thoroughness and accuracy. It help us save many hours of work on our path to compliance.
Really great partnership for security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Been using Thoropass for over a year now. Really love the support and guidance throughout the whole process. Dedicated customer support rep has been great, they also have a SOC2 tuesdays webinar and that has also been really good. I also really like the connection between the customer support and audit team, multiple occasions where we weren't quite sure if that's what the auditor would want so they can ask the auditor directly. Other products don't have that luxury but thoropass has all that built in. Very nice. Been a great partner and the interface is really great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything can be improved and I think they listen to the customers to keep adding the most requested features. They have been rolling out new features like a trust center that pulls compliance data from their app. Also, just implemented AI within the app to determine if the evidence collected passes an AI test. I couldn't think of anything else that they need for me. Seems to have just the right amount of everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass is helping us achieve SOC2 BUT along the way, it is really cleaning up security processes and policies along the way. Having one cloud based interface to reference everything is great! I used a blogging tool before but this is much more streamlined. Prior to SOC2 work, was looking for a tool that would check my cloud enviroments for basic security issues. Most I found out there were very expensive and complex BUT Thoropass provides that functionality so that is also great to have! Makes our cloud enviroments much more secure.
Efficient and Reliable Compliance Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass simplifies the entire compliance process from preparation to audit completion. Its numerous integrations enable efficient collection of audit evidence, while the personnel offboarding feature streamlines the offboarding process. The background check integration ensures the verification of ongoing checks for potential hires. Additionally, the customer support team provides exceptional assistance with weekly check-ins. The initial implementation was straightforward with the provided documentation and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the Thoropass platform so far.

Thoropass has streamlined our audit and compliance process, from preparation to audit completion and ongoing maintenance between audits.
Quick and easy certification & report process with intuitive user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The Thoropass application is very intuitive, and for a first-time user as well as a first-time certification taker, much of the guesswork is taken away. The intergration to our CSP (Azure) was extremely helpful as well. One last thing I'd like to point out as well is that the roadmap feature makes the cooporative work within the organisation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that I "dislike" about Thoropass was the fact that the time zone differences (working from northern Europe) made some communication with CS hard, but that's hardly something to do with the application itself, and Thoropass was very accomodating with this regarding 1-to-1 meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently pursuing a SOC-2 report and were looking for a "one-stop shop" to both the compliance as well as the audit part - Thoropass solved this with their "never leave the platform to do the work" apporach.

Sometimes the platform is very slow, especially around editing documents.

User Friendly and Excellent Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass has helped our small business to understand how to become SOC2 compliant with ease. We are currently working through the process and have had consistent communication with Alex Scudellari. He has been able to answer all of our questions and has been helpful in understanding each of the processes we have to go through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have disliked about Thoropass is the amount of work needed to become compliant. It is a long process that will take time. This is something that happens with most companies, but Thoropass has seemed to be helpful in moving us along as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass is helping our company become SOC2 complaint. We are a small company that deals with Medicaid billing. We want to ensure our clients that we are up to date and using the best security possiible when it comes to compliance. Once we are done, we can condifidently tell our clients/users that our system is as safe as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Prompt response, works well with clients, very open to suggestions, friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have not enhanced all their services, but they are open to suggestions to get them up-to-speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is working to be ISO 27001 compliant. Since this is our first ISO audit, they are working with us to ensure we provide the correct evidence to pass the ISO 27001 audit.
