Thoropass is great.
What do you like best about the product?
At Thoropass they are incredible; they have excellent service, advice, and support. Thoropass is a guide you truly need for your company.
It really has many advantages besides the support and its versatility in processes and services.
It is intuitive, easy to use, and easy to implement, with guides that help you generate reports.

So far, I have no disadvantages with Thoropass; they are clear in what they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass helps you align with security and the other services it offers really help you with what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Thoropass is that its products and services complement each other very well. Compliance can seem intricate and overwhelmingly complex for anyone new to the field, making it nearly impossible to navigate alone. Thoropass offers comprehensive playbooks that guide you through all the requirements, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Moreover, their experts provide invaluable suggestions for practical implementations tailored to your organisation's unique needs. This combination of detailed guidance and expert advice makes Thoropass an indispensable ally in achieving and maintaining compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big fan of the online editor for docs; I would be happier with just a viewer and a simple upload replacement style workflow. I also worry about having two places for information in my org now (policies in Thoropass and our HR system, training in our internal LMS and Thoropass)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass brings a system, practices and experts to the Coats Digital SaaS compliance requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The controls are well explained and set out.
The structure of the platform is easy to understand.
The staff are extremely helpful.
It’s easy to communicate with Thoropass employees via the chat function.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the structure of the interface changes, which can be a little annoying but once learning the new structure it’s easy to continue to use the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are assisting with audits.

Great improvements to UI over the past year, easy to navigate and administrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some audit tasks aren't clear enough, and we need to figure out stuff on our own/find out during the audit that things ought to be done differently.

What do you like best about the product?
I was not involved in the selection process or the decision to use Thoropass for our compliance needs, but I will say that I think it was a great selection! Thoropass helped us to complete our SOC 2 evidence submission and audit process. The platform also allowed us to have a centrally-located repository to maintain our compliance documentation/evidence and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members - where we could upload our evidence simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I did not like was that there did not appear to be any form of visibility regarding the status of the audit - so I was never sure of where we were and if we were almost done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Thoropass to assist us with a SOC 2 audit and I think it was a very useful tool. Going through any audit can be a bit overwhelming and initimidating at times, but we had the platform and guidance from Thoropass to help us along the way. The platform is pretty straightforward and simple enough to use, and I really enjoyed the ability to collaborate or work individually on tasks for the audit. In addition, the support and guidance that we received from the team members was top tier!

Thoropass is a compliance manager in software form, it takes whats hard and makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thoropass could have better integrations for multi-tenant HR platform uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass is allowing us to tackle complex compliance initiatives at a minimul cost.
Great tool for Due Diligence Questionnaires!
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass is a helpful tool that makes our lives easier as we respond to due dligence questionnaires. They have a helpful library that stores responses, data rooms to upload and share documents easily, and they are even exploring using AI to further automate this in the future. It is easy to use, they always seek product feedback, and we use it for every DDQ that comes through the door.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thoropass doesn't always make it easy to collaborate cross functionally and with additional stakeholders within the tool. We'd love to see more collaboration options in the future so we can respond to questionnaires and collaborate all in one spot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass enables us to efficiently respond to vendor security and compliance questionnaires. It saves us time and helps us automate responses, while maintaining a strong response library to ensure we are responding accurately and thoroughly for all clients.
Easy to use with a communicative team!
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass breaks down the compliance requirements into actionable steps and has a team that is collaborative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to, and it some non-intuitive features. For example, you need to complete some audit-prep work in the platform before using the actual audit module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us close deals quicker and improve our security posture by guiding us through SOC 2.
SOC 2 review
What do you like best about the product?
The well-structured road map Thoropass offers and the support they give at each stage a business must take to accomplish its objective. The technology they've built has greatly enhanced our experience. We have benefited much from Olivia's weekly check-ins to make sure we are moving along as planned. The ability to integrate with many systems has been quite beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the team and tool has been perfectly desgined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our business process aligned. We started working with them to get our SOC 2 compliance. However, we've been utilizing the monitoring feature, have plans of performing Pen tests and other security best practices with them.

The team is great to work with and the site is easy to use, very intuitive.

So far, not much of anything to dislike :)
