Seamless Email Encryption with Google Workspace Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to revoke encrypted emails, which is really handy. The integration with Google Workspace works well for us. The initial setup was pretty good and fast.

If I don't use it for a while, I have to re-activate it.

Virtru Email Encryption has been extremely beneficial when corresponding with clients about PHI and when sending them credentials. I know the email will be secure.
Very Easy to Deploy and Use

It is very easy to use. It is also very easy to install the Outlook add-in.

We would prefer to have more control over branding.

There should be a demo on how the encryption works and what the receiver should expect so that the sender can accordingly inform the receiver to expect an email with the subject line and from email id

I'm able to send and receive large documents which would not have been possible over email
Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and the customer service, along with the customer experience managers, are excellent.

There really aren’t many downsides to this product. We have experienced a few glitches or minor issues, but each time, their customer support team has resolved or addressed them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru assists us in securing emails and files, especially when we are working with third parties or managing data that GFS classifies as sensitive.
Effortless Adoption and Reliable HIPAA Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I find Virtru Email Encryption very easy to use because it's right there, and I don't have to think about it not working. I haven't had any customers complain about issues with being able to open emails. I also love the ability to add a personal greeting before the encryption. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

I use Virtru Email Encryption to send medical information to patients, and it solves the confidentiality problem for me. What I like most about it is that it is easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague with a score of 10.

I don't like that when you click it on, you can't change the email you're sending from. It would be better if you could change the sender's email without any issues.
