What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident that Virtru is keeping my emails encrypted and safe to send out. We deal with personal information so that is extremely important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works well and I trust it completely.

The ease of use and ability to deploy in a Google Environment are some of Virtru's most appealing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often, our users will have to refresh Chrome to reactivate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to encrypt sensitive data and files with enforceable rults.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to activate. Makes consultants feel safe submitting documents. Love that I can see when they've opened out emails, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish I didn't have to reactivate it every time I don't use it for very long.

Easy way to send encrypted emails to send/recieve personal documents

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very easy to set up and use. Very intuitive for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
little bit of work needed if the extension no longer shows for the end user - not as intuitive but easy to walk through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping student data safe that is sent via email. Also is great to be able to recall a message if it was sent to a wrong address.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can trust the security of Virtu's settings. It gives me the piece of mind that the sensitive content I am sharing is secure and safe. I also like that is works continuously without me having to thnk about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Virtu is glitchy and logs me out without cause. That can be frustrating because then I am unable to see certain messages that have been sent to me or that I have sent in the past. Luckily, this is easy to fix!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru solves my concern that sensitive email content may end up in the wrong hands. In my line of work, this is very important. This service completely alleviates that stress and benefits me with peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use once it is installed. I love that our clients to not need to sign up for anything to open the emails and that I have total control over the emails sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with companies that have firewalls like banks and some attorney offices. They cannot open the emails at all which is not helpful as they are a major reason why we want to use secure emails in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending our wiring information to our clients privately and giving our clients a sense of security that the wire instructions are indeed coming from our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru was so easy to set up, company-wide. The concept is easy to explain and the user interface let's you know when it is or isn't active. The toggle on/off switch makes the experience so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the google drive page it can sometimes spam you with reminders to turn on the function, even when it's already activated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru solves the problem of sending sensitive messages securely, to internal and external members. Virtru allows us to send messages easily and quickly with their UX/UI design.

Virtru, Protect you Data because nobody will follow policies unless they are easy or automatic

What do you like best about the product?
For the users it is simple, there is a button on their outlook on their computers that says VIRTRU ON (SOLID BLUE) / VIRTRU OFF (LIGHT GREY). It is so simple that the explanation takes one line after it is setup. And i have yet to have an external customer call me up needing to have their end explained.
What do you dislike about the product?
One the phone there is a seperate Virtru Email app, which makes sense as the iphone is limited and you cant put an Add-in on a iPhone APP. But that is a problem with iPhones as oppose to with Virtru
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By Default our Sales People and HR Dept communicate with Virtru to prevent any accidental collection of data resulting in an encryption at rest violation. It also allows us to expire messages so accidental collection is cleared out with time just in case.
