What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of easily sending secure emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to read the prior emails when they are a lot of emails sent back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending secure messages that contain PHI. It allows up to remain HIPPA compliant and protect our patient's information.

THEY SOLVED TO PROTECH THE PATIENT HEALTH INFORMATION
Virtue is relatively easy and safe to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Virtue sends reminders to the employee to encrypt the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The member receiving Virtue email sometimes experiences challenges when accessing the encrypted email. I also wish the email was more user friendly when "replying all" to senders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Encryption- Protects patient information via email.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Virtru is the security that you can get for every email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Virtru for me is the barrier when it comes to the outlook users. Because they can access the email right away compare to all gmail users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru help me to protect all the information for every email I wrote.

It is straightforward and easy to use, plus adding a layer of security.

It has to be loaded separately on each device one uses. Also it would be nice if the instructions on how to open an encrypted email would automatically appear when sending an encrypted email

Protecting client/patient privacy while allowing us to email PHI. This is really the big thing for us

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru Encryption is easy to use, and our clients love it! My favorite part is the "Deactivate" option. In case any human error is made, you can void access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the most recent update with superbills, before I used to "select all" when creating a superbill, now I have to select individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any human errors can easily be voided with the "deactivation" feature.
Easy to use, send and receive
What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use and was super easy to implement. We are able to give our patients optimal customer service and completely protect HIPAA information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some referral sources that have trouble opening the files, but usually are able to get it with a 2nd email. We are a non-profit, so abiding by all the protective standards can be a financial hardship.

Virtru allows our practice to be HIPAA compliant

Very easy to manage and implement for Chrome Browser. All that is required is a browser extension.

Setup for Safari browsers is more complicated than others. Ideally, this will be improved in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Virtru is that it's integration with gmail works great. Many of our vendors use external secured email sites that require a separate login to send and receive emails. With Virtru, it is extremely easy to secure an email as well as the insert interface for new users also works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently haven't found any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to secure our emails and the data files they contain.
