Virtru Works!
What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident that Virtru is keeping my emails encrypted and safe to send out. We deal with personal information so that is extremely important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works well and I trust it completely.

It is keeping our emails encrypted and safe.
Easy to use encryption
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very easy to set up and use. Very intuitive for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
little bit of work needed if the extension no longer shows for the end user - not as intuitive but easy to walk through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping student data safe that is sent via email. Also is great to be able to recall a message if it was sent to a wrong address.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use once it is installed. I love that our clients to not need to sign up for anything to open the emails and that I have total control over the emails sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with companies that have firewalls like banks and some attorney offices. They cannot open the emails at all which is not helpful as they are a major reason why we want to use secure emails in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending our wiring information to our clients privately and giving our clients a sense of security that the wire instructions are indeed coming from our company.
Virtru, Protect you Data because nobody will follow policies unless they are easy or automatic
What do you like best about the product?
For the users it is simple, there is a button on their outlook on their computers that says VIRTRU ON (SOLID BLUE) / VIRTRU OFF (LIGHT GREY). It is so simple that the explanation takes one line after it is setup. And i have yet to have an external customer call me up needing to have their end explained.
What do you dislike about the product?
One the phone there is a seperate Virtru Email app, which makes sense as the iphone is limited and you cant put an Add-in on a iPhone APP. But that is a problem with iPhones as oppose to with Virtru
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By Default our Sales People and HR Dept communicate with Virtru to prevent any accidental collection of data resulting in an encryption at rest violation. It also allows us to expire messages so accidental collection is cleared out with time just in case.

I like you don't have the dump through 1000 hoops in order to access the encrypted data.

Hard to find the email if you need to access later.

Although it's free with free a free Gmail account, it's pretty expensive for small-sized businesses.

Quick and easy option for secure emails
What do you like best about the product?
It's so quick and easy to flip the switch and I don't have to worry about submitting documents a secure portal link that expires.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to take a minute to install it on both your personal and your work email. I've only tried it with Gsuite, not with Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about expiring secure links anymore!

Easy to use with Gmail- low cost.able to use it on Gmail.

Sometimes it has to be reloaded after awhile. Does not work with integrated with mobile Gmail have to use separate qpp. Very slow loading.
