Being able to easily send secure information and feeling confident that patient information will stay secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails are harder to open on my mobile phone. I feel like sometimes I have to login multiple times before I can use the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate more efficiently regarding patients. Communication among providers is happening more quickly. I can also send emails to patients directly and know that they will be secure which is great!
This is a very easy tool to ensure borrowers personal information is not compromised and secure

Very secure and gives Borrowers where is the peace of mind of providing sensitive information

I wish virtu had an app so we can utilize it on our cellphones as well

Virtru works effectively and quickly to secure customer data in email communications.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to turn on when sending emails, and how clients are not required to make an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do run into issues with a lot of users unable to receive the one-time signin link. Not sure if this is due to user error, email permissions, or a Virtru issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it daily for clients to send tax information. it is very quick and allows me to maintain organization.
Easy Encryption!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Virtru is to use in both Gmail and the desktop Outlook application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtru doesn't handle group emails super well, but it is easy to workaround if you are comfortable with technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Virtru to ensure we are HIPAA compliant with all of our emails, both internally and externally.

It's secured and it's easy! I am confident that my messages are sent securely.

Occasional delay in determining if PHI is really being shared.

I am able to reply and resolve issues quickly by being able to share PHI with customers in a secure environment.
Great integrated encryption software
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to toggle encryption for email from my inbox and to remove the option to forward encrypted emails

Sometimes there is a lag when I first open my email

No problems. The biggest benefit is being able to electronically send encrypted files. It makes communicating about protected patient information much easier.

If you need encryption options for email, this is a great and easy service to use!
Making it easier to send encrypted
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Virtru and send an encrypted email to someone else and they can use the email I send them to reply back. It keeps sensitive information protected. I also like that it is user friendly and gives you step by step how to use it. When you send the email outside of your organization, it also gives the receive step by step directions on how to open the protected email.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not ran into anything that I do not like. Everything works very well and it is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem I am solving with Virtru is sending sensitive information outside of my work place and still having this sensitive information protected. The benefits to this is that it is very time saving. Before Virtru I would have to walk and/or fax the sensitive documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Virtru is user friendly and saves time by keeping emails going outside of the work place encrypted. I recommend that you watch the tutorial and just follow the steps. I have been using Virtru for 2 years now and I feel confident that the information I send to other organizations is protected. It is awesome!
