Great Protection
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and keeps information safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the time that it takes to load some emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting health information. It is easy and you do not have to take any extra steps.

What do you like best about the product?
having the availability to write our own rules in the web portal and on the google admin side of things allows for grainular control

some of our users use outlook and miss out on the chrome extension

we are mitigating HIPAA information leaking and protecting client information
Virtru is a great solution, with an affordable price, even for small to medium size companies.

Ease of use. Great price per license. Great customer service. What more would you want?

Providing an encryption solution that allows our employees to send secure emails with confidence.

I wish it was easier for smaller clients to adopt it for their organizations.

Sometimes messages do not send, and go straight to outbox. A notification would be helpful when it doesn't send.

Encryption made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to turn encryption on and you have options to pull back an email and additional options for everything you would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when an email sent through Virtru will stay stuck in your drafts folder even though it was already sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our and our clients information is safe and secure in a user friendly fashion.
Virtru is great and easy to use!

Virtru makes it easy to protect client information!
What do you dislike about the product?
Coworkers have expressed difficulties in that sometimes their Virtru becomes disabled for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to disseminate sensitive client information to the many workers who are working with them! Additionally, communicating about clients through email is a lot easier thanks to Virtru!
Great way to maintain confidentiality!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use via google chrome. Virtru assures we maintain confidentiality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes about 5 seconds for an email to be sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of this system is that it protects all information sent in an email.

Easy turn-on and off switch at top right corner of email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I turn off Virtu in the middle of composing an email, any attachments "unattach."

Works for sensitive emails of all varieties - having to do with patient care, billing, etc.
