What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy; it's easy to navigate and use. Our users find it easy to report phishing emails, and we can easily navigate the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Everything seems fine

It's helping us secure and report emails. We use it for encrypting emails and also for reporting
Virtru Encryption
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it interfaces directly with our email. We just have to click a button and the email is automatically encrypted.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Virtru doesn't load easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us maintain our clients confidentiality.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using Virtu!! Whether tech savy or not it is easy to use for everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found that can be improved is to be able to view your own attachments when the recipient replies to the crypted message. It would be nice with the amount of documents I send to be able to view the attachments on the reply email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtu is allowing me to send encrypted messages the comply with HIPPA regulations for work. This is essential for me working remote as a case manager.
Excellent and Easy to Use Email Encryption
What do you like best about the product?
That it is very easy to operative and access the protected email.
What do you dislike about the product?
May need a little more detailed instructions on how to access the email due to have had many people not understand it and will not open the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on making the process of accessing the encrypted email easier for the receiver.
Efficient and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Virtru because I feel like it is an efficient and easy system to use. You just need to tap the slider over to activate it, which is very simple. Also it's easy to tell when it's activated because of the color change which I think is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about Virtru, is that sometimes the color will show its on but it's not actually on.

It is helping with protecting client-sensitive data.
An easy fun way to encrypt messages

The big blue button that enacts the software is colorful and stylish.

As with everything, I would like it faster

We had security issues for our sensitive documents, and now we can feel free to send them without worry.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru has always helped us as a practice keep our patient's records safe and secure. As we send over any records, the detailed instructions given to patients to access there records help them feel at ease anytime we send anything over email. We use it very frequently as we do tend to assist our patients with access there their dental records at any moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get patients who call in needing some assistance on how to view files with encrypted but the customer support that is offered helps make things easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sending any type of medical records via email safe and secure for both the patient and us. Allowing us to follow HIPPA at all times.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement once it is activated. All I need to do is hit a button, and the email is fully encrypted and private.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I can't see my own emails after they have been encrypted. Also, sometimes Virtru bugs out and will not activate on my emails and I have to restart it.

Keeping confidental emails private and it eases some stress.

I'm encountering some difficulty accessing necessary information due to security password requirements. It would be helpful if we could streamline this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Virtru Email Encryption very beneficial. It effectively addresses the challenges of insecure email and sensitive data sharing by offering end-to-end encryption and granular data controls. This helps mitigate vulnerabilities from common threats such as data breaches, regulatory violations, and accidental human error. As a user, I particularly appreciate its ability to secure the significant amount of patient information I handle.
Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of encrypting documents
What do you dislike about the product?
AT times some of our vendors, like the Santa Barbara county courts are unable to receive the encrypted documents. It may be due to their software but it is still annoying
