Seamless integration into Google Workspace email accounts for secure emailing
What do you like best about the product?
This software is so easy to install and use. It's absolutely perfect for Gmail. One click of a button secures any email message, and the recipient doesn't have to have any special software to open it on the receiving end, either!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any downsides. We love this software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate a HIPAA-related business with distributed staff, so private health and client information is exchanged electronically every day, including court filings and medical/financial records. Having an easy to use and problem-free software plug-in for our email is invaluable to us.

What do you like best about the product?
That it integrates nicely with Google Workspace, is simple and easy to use and works exceptionally well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see Virtru available for more email provider platforms and for personal (non-business) / individual use.

We have a state funding agency who required our company to always communicate with them with encrypted emails and after lengthy homework searching for the best encrypted email solution that's secure and user-friendly, we narrowed down our selections to Virtru as our choice.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to integrate this software into your current patient communication. It turned our regular email into a safe, HIPAA-compliant method of speaking with patients. There are great tools such as unsend, retracting information, and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to organize the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service goes out and we have to refresh our browser.

We need to be able to send and receive PII from patients and other offices.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru embeds right into gmail and works flawlessly within our domain. It makes sending encrypted emails easy even for those who do not understand how it works.

Sometimes we have to re-activate it. It is only a minor inconvenience.

It makes sending encrypted emails easy. The fact that we can toggle it on and off within the gmail send window is very convenient.

Virtu is easy to use and makes me fee confident that documents sent via email are secure.

It does make sending emails a little more cumbersome, but is a small step.

We are a healthcare organization and need to be able to send and receive PHI and PII securely. Virtru integrates easily within our email so that the users don't require training to be able to use it.
Great incryption service for business email.
What do you like best about the product?
The best and most helpful part about Virtru is the encryption service on emails. This allows me to send sensitive information pertaining to work in a secure manner.

In my personal opinion I have not experienced a down side to Virtru.

when you turn on SSO
the user management is kinda stupid
so if you can change that, it will be awesome.

Affordable, simple and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Virtru makes email encryption easy. No new passwords, extra log-ins or other hoops to jump through.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Virtru. The closest I can get is that some people don't even realize it is encrypted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru made it easy to send clients enctrypted email without making them jump through a lot of hoops.
