Extremely affordable with excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
I was shocked at how low the price was for such a critical service. The customer support has been excellent and it has already saved us from MAJOR loss of thousands of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is clunky and confusing, which isn't a major issue because ideally you won't really have to log in much until there is an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to back up our gmail server as well as all of our cloud based files.

Easy to use worry free Back up solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Does not require a lot of babysitting. Recovery is pretty smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to deploy and setup backup plans to devices remotely. Support is quick to respond and very helpful.

Best Online Backup Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to chose my own B2 Cloud Storage. Branding is also an important feature. Most of all, I love the simplicity, reliability and minimal storage using the Forever Incremental.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft 365 SharePoint restore options are rudamentry and it is painful to find the files / folders to restore when you have a large SharePoint document library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Imutable online storage that is extremely efficient and reliable as an off-site backup to supplement onsite storage. Protection in case of encryption viruses provides a safety net, just in case.
Excellent easy to use product that saves you money and time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, documentation excellent and customer support great to deal with, overall this is an excellent value for money product that saves us a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself is easy to use however the only flaw is that some of the error codes are a bit ambigious and therefore makes resolving issues a bit more time consuming but the technical support is excellent so it somewhat offsets this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we deal with multiple customers who have multiple backups, the single interface allows us to easily monitor whcih backup are workign and which ones need attention
Solid Backup Solutions for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation is straightforward, and the platform is easy to use. Local and cloud backup storage is also very helpful when doing image-based backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing initially was a bit confusing given the subscription cost plus the AWS aspect. I think including a base AWS storage cost in the subscription would be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a cost effective solution for image based and file backups that worked on Windows, Mac and Windows Server environments. MSP 360 gave me that.
Affordable backup solution for MSP clients
What do you like best about the product?
I was using Backblaze for my personal computers, but they didn't provide backup for servers unless you were using a third-party tool such as Cloudberry. I've used Cloudberry in the past and liked it, so I went in that direction for my clients. This was around the time that Cloudberry was rebranding itself as MSP360.
At first, I was going only to use Cloudberry, but I like how MSP360 is a central place to manage my clients. Plus, the monthly fee is more attractive than most backup solutions.
I've used MSP360 a couple of years and like it. I really like being able to Restore 2 Cloud for testing backups as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few hiccups when they changed from Cloudberry to MSP360 but have had no issues since then. Everything runs great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low-cost backup solution for my clients with a central interface that I can manage everything. I'm able to manage my client's backups within one place, and I always know what is going on with them.

Many backup options and storage options. We link ours to an onsite NAS and to AWS S3.

There's nothing to dislike. Like all software, they have some bugs at times, but the support has been fantastic.

Web interface is a little difficult to navigate. Sharepoint costs can be high for small business compared to other backup solutions for 365

What do you like best about the product?
We've used MSP360 backup for about 8 years, starting back when it was Cloudberry. It's got better and better over the years to become a really comprehensive backup solution for all our business customers but especially for the ones with specialist needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tbh not very much, the support has got better over time, the errors are pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MSP 360 managed backup generally, but we particularly use it for medical customers who need secure backups for very large amounts of data. MSP360 lets us tier storage and take advantage of lower cost cold storage in these situations.
